中国传统贤能政治的民本价值与君主专制逻辑——兼论黄宗羲的君主论

【摘要】：中国传统政治的整体形态及政治话语的主题,确实表现出了精英治国的普遍偏好,体现了贤能政治的理论逻辑。黄宗羲作为中国传统政治话语发展到高度成熟阶段的代表人物,取得了重大理论成就,被学术界看作是一个具有时代标志意义的杰出思想家。黄宗羲尽管对传统君主政治进行了经验层面的政治批判,但他仍然是一个典型的君主政治论者,而且他所主张的君主政治在整体形态上也仍然属于传统贤能政治的范畴。黄宗羲的君主政治论比较完整地呈现了传统贤能政治的轮廓结构与政治逻辑,在传统时代具有典型的代表性,黄宗羲的君主政治论在政治逻辑上展现了传统贤能政治的三个基本方面:一、中国传统贤能政治逻辑的起点是"受命于天";二、中国传统贤能政治价值基础是民本,贤能政治的终极理想是"止于至善";三、中国传统贤能政治实现其终极理想的最佳政体乃是君主专制。上述三方面在理论逻辑上相互联系,彼此连缀,勾勒出了中国传统贤能政治的理论框架、政治逻辑,呈现出了君主专制的政治本质。
[Abstract]:The whole form of Chinese traditional politics and the theme of political discourse really show the general preference of elite governance and reflect the theoretical logic of sage politics. Huang Zongxi, as a representative figure in the development of Chinese traditional political discourse to a high degree of maturity, has made great achievements in theory and has been regarded by the academic circles as an outstanding thinker with the significance of the times. Although Huang Zongxi criticizes the traditional monarch politics empirically, he is still a typical monarchist, and his monarchical politics still belongs to the traditional sage politics in the whole form. Huang Zongxi's theory of monarchical politics presents the outline structure and political logic of traditional sage politics, which is typical in the traditional times. Huang Zongxi's theory of monarchical politics shows three basic aspects of traditional sage politics in political logic: first, the starting point of Chinese traditional political logic of meritocracy is "being ordered by heaven"; Second, the political value of Chinese traditional sages is based on the people, and the ultimate ideal of sage politics is "stop at the best good"; third, the best system of government to realize the ultimate ideal of Chinese traditional sage politics is autocratic monarchy. The above three aspects are connected with each other in theoretical logic, and outline the theoretical framework and political logic of Chinese traditional sage politics, showing the political essence of autocratic monarchy.
