吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想研究

【摘要】：20世纪90年代中后期以来,随着社会民主党在欧洲政坛的再次崛起,吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想也日益引起了人们的广泛关注。吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想能否有效地改造福利国家,这种思想与传统的社会民主主义和新保守主义有何不同,它的未来又通向何方,这些都是有待研究的问题。通过对这些问题的研究,可以帮助理解欧洲福利国家的演变,了解欧洲左派和右派政治思潮的发展动向,把握欧洲资本主义的发展近况,同时对我国的社会主义福利事业提供一些启示。本文是以吉登斯对福利国家的认识为主线,分别就吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想“从哪里来,是什么,到哪里去”的问题展开论述,并以马克思主义的政治、经济学角度加以分析。本文在方法上采用文献分析法,针对吉登斯原著思想进行梳理,夹叙夹议。本文按照历史的逻辑顺序展开,共分为五个章节。第一章,介绍文章的研究内容、研究现状、研究意义以及研究方法。第二章,从福利国家产生与发展的历史背景入手,选取英国为福利国家的典型代表,阐述了传统左派和右派政治思想对福利国家的影响,引出吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想的由来。第三章,分别选取阶级、福利制度、市场与政府四个维度来详细介绍吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想的内容,并与传统的左派和右派政治思想作对比。第四章,以对福利国家的论述为依据,介绍作为吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想未来模型的“社会投资型国家”。第五章,探讨吉登斯“第三条道路”福利思想对福利国家改革的意义,并分析福利国家改革对我国福利制度发展的若干启示。
[Abstract]:Since the middle and late 1990s, with the rise of Social Democratic Party in European politics, Giddens'"the third way" welfare thought has attracted more and more attention. Whether the welfare thought of Giddens'"the third way" can effectively reform the welfare state is different from the traditional social democracy and neoconservatism, and where it will lead in the future. All these questions need to be studied. Through the study of these problems, we can help to understand the evolution of European welfare states, understand the development trend of political trends of Europe's left and right, and grasp the recent development of European capitalism. At the same time to our socialist welfare cause to provide some enlightenment. This article takes Giddens' understanding of the welfare state as the main line, respectively on the question of where, what and where Giddens'"the third way" welfare thought "comes from, and takes the Marxist politics. It is analyzed from the angle of economics. In this paper, literature analysis method is used to sort out Giddens' original ideas. This paper is divided into five chapters according to the logical sequence of history. The first chapter introduces the research content, research status, research significance and research methods. The second chapter, starting with the historical background of the emergence and development of welfare state, selects Britain as the typical representative of welfare state, and expounds the influence of the traditional political thoughts of left and right on welfare state. It leads to the origin of Giddens' welfare thought of the third way. The third chapter introduces the content of Giddens'"the third way" from four dimensions of class, welfare system, market and government, and compares it with the traditional political thought of left and right. The fourth chapter, based on the discussion of welfare state, introduces the social investment-oriented state as the future model of Giddens'"the third way" welfare thought. The fifth chapter discusses the significance of Giddens'"the third way" welfare thought to the welfare state reform, and analyzes the enlightenment of the welfare state reform to the development of our country's welfare system.
