马克思国家与社会关系思想及其当代意义研究

【摘要】：国家与社会的关系,是近代政治哲学的焦点之一。论文对国家与社会关系思想的研究,具有重要的理论和现实意义。学术界对马克思国家与社会关系思想的研究较少,大多是对市民社会和国家理论的分开研究。治理现代化理念的提出,使得国家与社会关系再次引起学者们的关注。文章从纵向出发厘清国家与社会关系思想形成的历史渊源及其发展脉络,从横向开始探索马克思国家与社会关系的基本内容,充分挖掘马克思国家与社会关系思想背后的理论基础和现实因素,才能为推进国家治理现代奠定良好的思想基础。从纵向的角度阐述马克思国家与市民社会关系思想产生的历史渊源和发展脉络,国家与社会关系主要表现以下几个方面:国家与社会的同一;社会先于或外于国家;国家决定市民社会。马克思对前人特别是黑格尔理性主义国家观批判继承的基础上形成了自己的国家与社会关系思想。马克思国家与社会关系思想的形成不是一蹴而就的,划分为初步形成、历史发展和成熟时期。他的思想经历了由哲学逐渐转向政治经济学,并以市民社会为切入点深入政治经济学中寻找人类解放的钥匙,为人类解放的实现提供了必然性和现实性论证。从横向角度分析马克思国家与市民社会关系思想的基本内容,论文对马克思市民社会理论、马克思的国家理论以及马克思国家与社会关系思想的主要观点进行具体的阐述,从中总结马克思国家与社会关系思想的基本内容,厘清马克思国家与市民社会关系思想的最终归宿,即国家向市民社会的回归。中国正处于从传统社会向现代社会的转型时期,特别是改革开放以来,国家与社会关系发生新的变化,人们的思想受到多元价值观的影响,治理现代化中国家与社会面临新形势、新时代、新课题,社会上各种社会思潮盛行,对国家治理以及国家与社会关系的处理提出新的要求。在此背景下,应努力汲取马克思国家与社会思想的精华、探索国家治理的有效途径,寻求国家与社会的良性互动。
[Abstract]:The relationship between state and society is one of the focal points of modern political philosophy. The research on the relationship between state and society is of great theoretical and practical significance. There are few studies on Marx's thought of state-to-state relations in academia, mostly on the separation of civil society and state theory. The concept of governance modernization makes the relationship between the country and the society get the scholars' attention again. This article clarifies the historical origin and development vein of the formation of the thought of state and social relations from the vertical, and explores the basic contents of Marx's state and social relations from the horizontal point of view. Only by fully excavating the theoretical basis and realistic factors behind Marx's thought of state-to-society relations can we lay a good ideological foundation for advancing the modern governance of the state. This paper expounds the historical origin and development vein of Marx's thought on social relations between state and citizen from the vertical angle. The relationship between state and society mainly shows the following aspects: the same between the state and the society, the society before or outside the state, the relationship between the state and society, and the relationship between state and society. The state determines civil society. On the basis of criticizing and inheriting the state view of predecessors, especially Hegel rationalism, Marx formed his own thought of state-to-society relationship. The formation of Marx's thought of state-to-society relationship is not accomplished overnight, but is divided into initial formation, historical development and mature period. His thought changed from philosophy to political economics gradually, and looked for the key of human liberation in political economics from the point of view of civil society, which provided the inevitability and reality proof for the realization of human liberation. This paper analyzes the basic contents of Marx's thought on social relations between state and citizen from a horizontal angle, and expounds Marx's theory of civil society, Marx's theory of state and the main viewpoints of Marx's thought on state-to-citizen relations. This paper summarizes the basic contents of Marx's thought on the relationship between state and citizen, and clarifies the ultimate destination of Marx's thought on the relationship between state and citizen, that is, the return of the state to the civil society. China is in a period of transition from a traditional society to a modern society, especially since the reform and opening up, there has been a new change in the relationship between the state and the society, and people's thoughts have been influenced by multiple values. In the modernization of governance, the country and society are faced with new situation, new era, new subject, all kinds of social thoughts prevailing in the society, and put forward new requirements for national governance and the treatment of the relationship between the state and the society. In this context, we should try our best to absorb the essence of Marx's thought of state and society, explore the effective way of national governance, and seek the benign interaction between state and society.
