赫费世界公民思想研究

【摘要】:全球化是我们这个时代所面临的主要挑战,这种挑战延伸到各个领域。在全球化的今天,对世界公民与世界公民社会的相关探讨日益增多。全球化时代要求人们不仅要关心自己所在的共同体,同时还要关心世界主义或世界公民价值。政治上,国家间的长期交往需要有作为的自由民主构成基础的法律、人权、公共权力及民主这几方面的结合。全球化不只是有积极的一面同时也有消极的后果,全球性问题层出不穷,有组织的违法行为、恐怖行为、全球性的环境污染问题与气候问题以及难民潮和移民潮等诸多问题早已冲破国界,这些已成为国际社会而非单个国家可面临的可怕困境,也需要各国共同努力解决。在此背景下,赫费提出世界公民思想。本文共分为四章。 本文第一章探究赫费世界公民思想产生社会背景和理论渊源,追本溯源的分析了赫费世界公民思想深受古希腊时期世界公民概念启迪、斯多亚学派世界主义的影响和对康德世界公民观念的秉承。第二章提出了赫费世界公民思想理论视角即交换性正义。介绍了交换性正义的内涵,交换性正义与世界公民。第三章深入研究赫费世界公民思想的主要内容。在全球化的世界中赫费认为有四种类型的世界公民,世界新秩序的发展离不开世界公民意识,赫费认为世界公民应具有四种意识即世界法意识,世界正义意识,世界公民意识和世界共同意识,讨论文化语境下的世界公民以及世界公民状态即世界共和国。第四章对赫费世界公民思想进行了评价,指出其思想的合理价值和局限性。
[Abstract]:Globalization is the main challenge of our time, which extends to all fields. In today's globalization, there are more and more discussions on the relationship between world citizens and world civil society. The era of globalization requires people to care not only about their communities, but also about cosmopolitanism or world civic values. Politically, long-term exchanges between countries require a combination of laws, human rights, public power and democracy that form the basis of freedom and democracy. Globalization has not only a positive side, but also negative consequences. Global problems emerge in endlessly. Organized violations, terrorist acts, global environmental pollution and climate problems, as well as refugee flows and immigration flows and many other problems have long broken through national boundaries, which have become a terrible dilemma that the international community, not a single country, can face, and also need the joint efforts of all countries to solve them. In this context, Herfield put forward the thought of world citizens. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter of this paper explores the social background and theoretical origin of Herfield's thought of world citizens, and analyzes that Herfield's thought of world citizens is deeply inspired by the concept of world citizens in ancient Greece, the influence of stoic school of cosmopolitanism and the inheritance of Kant's concept of world citizens. The second chapter puts forward the theoretical perspective of Herfield's world citizen thought, that is, exchanging justice. This paper introduces the connotation of exchange justice, exchange justice and citizens of the world. The third chapter deeply studies the main content of Herfield's thought of world citizens. In the globalized world, Herfield believes that there are four types of world citizens. The development of the new world order can not be separated from the world citizen consciousness. Herfield believes that the world citizens should have four kinds of consciousness, namely, the world law consciousness, the world justice consciousness, the world citizen consciousness and the world common consciousness, and discusses the world citizen in the cultural context and the world citizen state, that is, the world Republic. The fourth chapter evaluates Herfield's thought of world citizens and points out the reasonable value and limitation of his thought.
