春秋战国时期的家庭成员关系初探

【摘要】：在中国古代社会,家庭与社会、国家之间的关系紧密相连。春秋战国时期是中国古代社会变革的历史的一个转折点,在中国古代史具有重要地位。这一时期是中国的家庭制度和家庭模式的创建时期,具体表现为宗族组织的逐渐松动与个体小家庭的独立与自主发展,个体小家庭逐渐成为社会最基层的组织单位,家庭内部关系因此也发生了显著的变化。因此对春秋战国时期家庭关系的梳理和发掘,可以使我们对中国传统个体小家庭的确立有较全面的认识。本文主要以春秋战国时期相关的史料为基础,在把握春秋战国家庭形态变迁的基础上,重点探讨春秋战国时期家庭中的夫妇关系、父母与子女关系、兄弟关系的伦理与现实。第一部分,系统论述和分析春秋战国家庭的形态,以及家庭形态形成的原因。第二部分,对春秋战国时期夫妇双方的家庭地位、婚姻关系、家庭责任、以及在家庭生活的冲突展开论述；第三部分,考察这一时期家庭中的父母对子女的养育责任,子女应该服从并赡养父母,父母与子女之间的冲突；第四部分,讨论了同辈的兄弟(姐妹)之间的责任与冲突关系。
[Abstract]:In ancient China, the relationship between family, society and the state was closely linked. The Spring and Autumn and warring States periods were a turning point in the history of social change in ancient China. This period is the founding period of Chinese family system and family model, which is embodied in the gradual loosening of clan organizations and the independent and independent development of individual and small families. Individual and small family has gradually become the most basic organizational unit of the society, and the relationship within the family has also undergone remarkable changes. Therefore, the family relations during the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period were combed and explored. It can make us have a more comprehensive understanding of the establishment of Chinese traditional individual family. Based on the historical data related to the Spring and Autumn and warring States periods, and on the basis of grasping the changes of the family forms in the Spring and Autumn and warring States periods, this paper focuses on the relationship between husband and wife, parents and children in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period. The ethics and reality of brotherly relationship. The first part systematically discusses and analyzes the family form of the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period, as well as the reasons for the formation of the family form. The second part is about the family status, marriage relationship and family responsibility of the couple during the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period. The third part is to examine the parental responsibility of the family in this period, the children should obey and support the parents, the conflict between parents and children; part 4th, The relationship of responsibility and conflict between siblings of the same generation is discussed.
