明代官箴书所涉文书工作研究

【摘要】：官箴书是阐释为官道德和总结从政经验的官员读本。在明代官箴书中,文书工作作为从政经验的重要内容,得到了详细的阐发。一方面,明代官箴书呈现了众多类型的实用文体,既包括上行文、平行文、下行文等通用文体,也包括凭证类、统计类、司法类以及其他类别的专用文体。另一方面,明代官箴书对文书工作制度,包括文书拟制、文书办理以及文书管理制度作出了规定,提出了建议。除官箴书之外,明代其他文献也有涉及文书工作,较有代表性的为文体学著作《文体明辨》和明代官方典籍《明会典》。通过将明代官箴书所涉文书工作与明代其他文献所涉文书工作进行比较研究可以发现,由于时代背景、文献性质、撰文人员和撰文目的等因素的影响,官箴书中的文书工作别具特色,官箴书的记载为其他文献做出了重要补充。在明代官箴书中,文书工作流露出谨慎、高效、俭省的办公理念。同时,秉承德治的儒家道德观念,文书工作意在对民众进行道德教化,并体现出朴素的民本情怀。这些理念在明代当时产生了重要的影响,对后世也存在不可低估的作用,其中的精华部分更值得我们今天借鉴。
[Abstract]:The official pro book is an official book explaining the morality of officials and summing up their experience in politics. In the official pro book of the Ming Dynasty, clerical work as an important part of political experience has been explained in detail. On the one hand, There are many kinds of practical style in the official book of Ming Dynasty, including general style, such as above, parallel and lower, as well as the special style of certificate, statistics, judicature and other kinds. On the other hand, The official Proceedings of the Ming Dynasty made provisions on the system of clerical work, including the drafting of documents, the handling of documents and the system of document management, and put forward suggestions. In addition to the official proverbs, other documents of the Ming Dynasty also involved clerical work. The more representative works are stylistic works and official classics of the Ming Dynasty. By comparing the clerical work of the official official books of the Ming Dynasty with those of other documents of the Ming Dynasty, we can find that due to the background of the times, The nature of the document, the influence of the author and the purpose of the article, the special characteristics of the clerical work in the official pro book, the records of the official pro book provide an important supplement to the other documents. In the official pro book of the Ming Dynasty, the clerical work reveals caution and efficiency. Thrifty office ideas. At the same time, adhering to the Confucian moral concept of rule by virtue, the clerical work was intended to educate the public in morality and to reflect the simple people-oriented feelings. These ideas had an important impact on the Ming Dynasty at that time. There is also an important role for future generations, the essence of which is worth our reference today.
