关于“吏民”的界定问题——原“吏民”之五

【摘要】："吏民"在一定历史时期中一般均有民爵称号,但是"吏民"在普赐民爵产生之前已经出现,在普赐民爵衰亡之后依然存在,两者并非同步产生或退出历史舞台,故"吏民"并非由是否拥有爵称而决定的。"吏民"中存在贫富差别是普遍的、正常的现象,故"吏民"也不是由是否具有"中家以上"财产和"生活富裕"而决定的。"吏民"中的"中家以上"和"富裕者"是少数,"中家以下"和贫穷者是大多数。
[Abstract]:"officials and people" generally have the title of "people" in a certain historical period, but "officials and people" have appeared before the emergence of the "common people" and still exist after the decline of the "common people". The two did not come into being or withdraw from the historical stage at the same time. Therefore, the "officials and the people" is not determined by whether or not they own the title. " The difference between the rich and the poor is common and normal, so it is not decided by whether they have property above the middle house or above and whether they are rich in life. " The "above the middle" and the "rich" are the few, and the "below the middle" and the poor are the majority.
