魏晋北朝河内郡研究

【摘要】：河内郡在秦汉时期已经设置,魏晋北朝时期仍是北方名郡之一。优越的经济环境和重要的山川形势,加之四通八达的交通,使得河内郡在魏晋北朝时期具有举足轻重的地位。本文从河内郡的政治、经济、文化三个方面出发,对魏晋北朝时期的河内郡进行综合研究,以期揭示河内郡在魏晋北朝史上的地位。从政治上来看,魏晋北朝时期河内郡既有和平又有战乱。和平年代的河内郡吏治清明,在河内郡任职的官员大都能为当地社会的恢复和发展做出积极的贡献,当然也有一些河内地方官吏在任内利用私权,贪污受贿,阻碍地方经济和文化的发展;战乱年代的河内郡则是重要的战略要地,在南北对峙、东西对峙战争中,控制河内郡的一方总能在战争中取得先机。从经济上来看,魏晋北朝时期河内郡经济较前朝继续向前发展。农业上主要表现为大规模兴修农田水利、广泛种植粮食和经济作物、大力发展林牧业等。手工业上主要表现为桑麻种植面积不断扩大、纺织品产量和质量迅速提高等。商业上主要表现为当地市场上商品种类繁多。从文化上来看,河内郡风俗上呈现出“劫掠”、“刚强”、“重视恩礼”等特点;儒学的发展上则表现为儒学人才辈出,儒学世家涌现;文学的发展则主要表现为河内郡人士的文学修养不断提高。河内郡的发展变化正是魏晋北朝社会发展变化的一个缩影
[Abstract]:Hanoi County has been set up in the Qin and Han dynasties, Wei, Jin and Northern dynasties is still one of the famous northern counties. The superior economic environment, the important mountain and river situation, and the traffic in all directions made Hanoi county play a pivotal role in the Wei, Jin and Northern dynasties. Based on the political, economic and cultural aspects of Hanoi County, this paper makes a comprehensive study of Hanoi County in the period of Wei-Jin and Northern dynasties in order to reveal the position of Hanoi County in the history of Wei-Jin and Northern dynasties. Politically, there was peace and war in Hanoi during the Wei, Jin and Northern dynasties. In peacetime, Hanoi County officials were clear, and most of the officials in Hanoi County could make positive contributions to the restoration and development of local society. Of course, some Hanoi local officials also used their private rights during their terms of office to corrupt and take bribes. Hanoi County was an important strategic area in the war years. In the confrontation between North and South, East and West, the side that controlled Hanoi County always got the first chance in the war. In terms of economy, Hanoi County economy continued to develop in Wei, Jin and Northern dynasties. The main manifestations of agriculture are the large-scale construction of irrigation and water conservancy, the widespread cultivation of grain and cash crops, and the vigorous development of forestry and animal husbandry. The main manifestations of handicraft industry are the continuous expansion of mulberry hemp planting area and the rapid improvement of textile output and quality. Business is mainly manifested in the wide variety of goods in the local market. From the cultural point of view, Hanoi County customs show the characteristics of "plunder", "strong", "pay attention to the courtesy" and so on, while the development of Confucianism is characterized by the emergence of Confucian scholars and Confucian families. The development of literature is mainly manifested in the improvement of Hanoi County people's literary accomplishment. The development and change of Hanoi county is a microcosm of the social development and change of Wei, jin and north dynasties
