周代饮酒礼研究

【摘要】：饮酒礼是周代礼乐文化最直接的产物,是周代礼乐文化中的重要组成部分之一,具有巩固周代政治统治、联络感情的思想政治价值。饮酒礼与祭祀、飨神和周代的宗法制度有着密切的关系,它们之间相互影响,促进了饮酒礼的发展、完善、仪式化。周到的饮酒礼内容丰富,它不仅通过等级座次、列鼎制度来反映当时的尊卑贵贱,而且饮酒礼中所用的酒、酒器,举行过程中使用到的酒政和酒令也起到了约束人们行为的作用,表现出强烈的阶级色彩性。乡饮酒礼和燕礼是饮酒礼较主要的表现形式,乡饮酒礼的举行展现了乡人饮酒的欢乐之情,强化了人与人之间的亲和关系,燕礼再现了周代上层社会的生活现实,表达了一定的君臣大义。饮酒礼中的诗、乐、舞以及投壶、射礼等游戏使得饮酒礼的过程更加丰富多彩,这些仪节与饮酒礼本身共同体现出礼乐文明的制度化。在周代,国家的礼制、社会道德以及人修养方面,都是通过日常交往的活动很自然得以贯彻和实现的。在周代,饮酒礼具有宗亲、安宾、敬友、乐民的社会功能,历史不断的发展,饮酒礼也随着历史的发展在不同的时代盛衰沉浮,它所体现出的礼乐文化值得我们继承和发展,在现代的礼仪交往中,饮酒礼仍然以其源远流长的历史影响着现代饮酒礼,无论是家庭聚会,还是社交场合,饮酒礼在不同的地区逐渐形成一套稳定的仪式。
[Abstract]:Drinking ritual is the most direct product of the culture of etiquette and music in Zhou Dynasty, and it is one of the important components of the culture of etiquette and music in Zhou Dynasty. It has the ideological and political value of consolidating the political rule and connecting feelings of Zhou Dynasty. There is a close relationship between drinking ritual and sacrificial rites, entertainments and patriarchal systems of Zhou Dynasty, which influence each other and promote the development, perfection and ritualization of drinking rites. The thoughtful drinking ceremony is rich in content. It not only reflects the superiority and inferiority of the people at that time through the rank and order of seats, but also reflects the wine and wine utensils used in the drinking ceremony. The wine policy and wine order used in the process also act as a constraint on people's behavior, showing strong class color. The village drinking ceremony and the Yan Li are the main forms of the drinking ceremony. The holding of the township drinking ceremony shows the happy feeling of the rural people drinking, strengthens the affinity relationship between the people, and reproduces the life reality of the upper class of the Zhou Dynasty. Expressed a certain monarch and minister justice. The poem, music, dance and the game of throwing pot and shooting ritual in drinking ceremony make the process of drinking ritual more colorful. These festival and drinking ceremony itself reflect the institutionalization of ritual and music civilization. In the Zhou Dynasty, the national etiquette, social morality and the cultivation of people were carried out and realized naturally through the activities of daily communication. In the Zhou Dynasty, the ritual of drinking had the social function of clansman, concierge, respect for friends, happy people, and the development of history. With the development of history, the ceremony of drinking also rose and fell in different times, and the culture of etiquette and music embodied by it was worthy of our inheritance and development. In the modern etiquette communication, the drinking ceremony still affects the modern drinking ceremony with its long history. Whether it is the family gathering or the social occasion, the drinking ceremony gradually forms a set of stable rituals in different areas.
