论现存《天圣令》非颁行文本

【摘要】：新近发现的明抄本是宋仁宗时期修订的《天圣令》,这一发现已经促进了唐史研究,使唐朝前期的制度与唐令等等方面的诸多问题因而获得巨大进步。但是,对于此《天圣令》的性质,研究者很少涉及,或者语焉不详,或者回避以过。从《天圣令》的编修过程入手,可以看出此《天圣令》不是颁行本而是上奏本。这是《天圣令》研究的一个重要问题,对于理解《天圣令》和唐朝的制度都是无法回避的。
[Abstract]:The newly discovered copy of Ming Dynasty was revised by Song Renzong. This discovery has promoted the study of the history of the Tang Dynasty and made great progress in many aspects such as the system and the order of the Tang Dynasty in the early period of the Tang Dynasty. However, the nature of this decree is rarely addressed, vague, or evasive. From the editing process, we can see that this decree is not a sermon, but an upper version. This is an important issue in the study of the Heavenly order, which is unavoidable to the understanding of the system of the Tang Dynasty.
