[Abstract]:At least according to the current Chinese marriage law, marriage documents are documents of marriage between men and women to enter into and maintain marriage relations. However, the traditional form of marriage book is different from that of modern marriage book. Modern marriage documents are issued by government agencies to men and women who are eligible for marriage, and when divorced, they are changed and issued, forming a one-off, simple and clear-cut marriage certificate.
