【摘要】：目的探讨宗教信仰与农村居民心理健康的相关性,为进行心理健康干预提供参考依据。方法采用二阶段抽样方法抽取宁夏387名居民为研究对象,使用杜克信仰量表(DUREL)和K10量表(K10)评价其宗教信仰和心理健康水平。结果宁夏居民K10量表平均分为(16.27±5.82)分;K10量表评分1级281人(72.6%),2级70人(18.1%),3级26人(6.7%),4级10人(2.6%),27.4%(106/387)的农村居民存在轻度及以上程度患心理疾患的危险性;K10得分回族高于汉族、未婚者高于在婚者、低年龄组高于高年龄组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);DUREL量表总平均分为(12.27±6.31)分;DUREL得分回族高于汉族、低文化程度者高于高文化程度者、离退休组高于其他组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);DUREL量表ORA和IR维度与K10总分呈正相关(r=0.135、0.144,P0.01),多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR=0.47)是农村居民心理健康的影响因素。结论控制了性别、年龄后,DUREL量表3个维度与农村居民心理健康均无相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the correlation between religious beliefs and mental health of rural residents, and to provide reference for mental health intervention. Methods 387 residents of Ningxia were selected by two-stage sampling method. Duque belief scale (DURELL) and K10 scale (K10) were used to evaluate their religious beliefs and mental health. The average score of DUREL scale was 12.27 卤6.31; The scores of DUREL in Hui nationality were higher than those in Han nationality, those with low education level were higher than those with high education level, and those in retired group were higher than those in other groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The ORA and IR dimensions of DUREL scale were positively correlated with the total score of K10. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between ORA and the total score of K10. Conclusion after controlling sex, there is no correlation between the three dimensions of DUREL scale and the mental health of rural residents.
