教会大学与近代中国医学体制化

【摘要】:教会大学是西方教会于19世纪末20世纪初在中国建立的高等教育机构,是中国新式高等教育的先驱。医学是教会大学在中国兴办的最早最系统的学科,也是最成功的学科。教会大学在近代中国医学发展中一直占据主导地位,不仅在当时做出了重大贡献,而且对后来中国医学的发展产生了深远的影响。 本文主要探讨教会大学在近代中国医学体制化中的作用。正文包括三部分,分别从教会大学与近代中国医学教育、教会大学与近代中国医学交流和研究、教会大学毕业生与近代中国医学体制化三个方面,对教会大学在近代中国医学体制化过程中所起的作用进行了系统考察。正文第一章和第二章主要探讨教会大学自身在近代中国医学体制化过程中所做的贡献。正文第三章主要探讨教会大学毕业生在近代中国医学体制化过程中所做的贡献。 第一章主要考察教会大学先进的医学教育在近代中国医学教育中所做的开创之功及示范引导作用。教会大学开启了中国高等医学教育、中国女子高等医学教育的先河,奠定了中国高等医学教育基础和模式,推动了中国高等医学教育早期现代化。 第二章主要考察在先进医学教育基础上教会大学所做的医学交流和研究对近代中国医学体制化的贡献。教会大学创建了中国最早的医学社团——中华博医会,创办了清末民初中国最重要的医学刊物——《博医会报》,创建了近代中国第一个生理学会——中国生理学会,创办了具有国际先进水平的《中国生理学杂志》。 第三章主要考察在教会大学自身对近代中国医学体制化示范和推动下,教会大学毕业生在近代中国医学体制本土化的过程中所做的贡献。教会大学毕业生创办了近代中国最大的医学社团——中华医学会,创建了近代中国最具影响力的中文医学期刊——《中华医学杂志》,创立了由中国人自办的第一所高水平医学院校——上海医学院,建立了中国唯一的国家级医学科学学术中心和综合性医学科学研究机构——中国医学科学院,建立了中央卫生机构——卫生部。 通过这三方面的分析探讨,本文发现教会大学在近代中国医学体制化过程中功不可没,无论是教会大学自身还是其毕业生对近代中国医学做出了重要贡献。此外,通过对最新的研究成果与过去史料的深入分析和提取,本文丰富了教会大学的内涵,加入了南华医学校、夏葛医科大、协和医学院、奉天医科大、上海女子医学院和湘雅医学院。在此基础上,本文从医学社会学角度系统研究了教会大学在近代中国医学体制化中的作用。
[Abstract]:Church University is a higher education institution established by Western churches in China at the end of 19th century and early 20th century. It is the pioneer of new higher education in China. Medicine is the earliest and most systematic discipline established by church universities in China. The church university has been playing a leading role in the development of modern Chinese medicine, which not only made great contributions at that time, but also had a profound influence on the development of Chinese medicine. This paper mainly discusses the role of church universities in the institutionalization of modern Chinese medicine. The text consists of three parts, including the church universities and modern Chinese medical education, the communication and research between church universities and modern Chinese medicine. Church graduates and the institutionalization of modern Chinese medicine. This paper makes a systematic investigation on the role of church universities in the process of medical institutionalization in modern China. The first and second chapters of the text mainly discuss the contribution made by church universities in the process of medical institutionalization in modern China. The third chapter mainly discusses the contribution of church graduates in the process of medical institutionalization in modern China. The first chapter mainly studies the pioneering and exemplary role of the advanced medical education in the modern Chinese medical education. The church university opened the higher medical education in China. The foundation and mode of higher medical education in China were laid down by the first step of higher medical education for women in China, and the early modernization of higher medical education in China was promoted. The second chapter mainly examines the contribution of medical communication and research done by the church universities to the systematization of modern Chinese medicine on the basis of advanced medical education. The church university founded the earliest medical association in China-China Medical Society. He founded the most important medical journal in China at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, and founded the first physiological society in modern China-the Chinese Physiology Society. The Chinese Journal of Physiology, which has advanced international standards, was founded. The third chapter focuses on the demonstration and promotion of medical institutionalization in modern China by the church universities themselves. The contribution of the church university graduates in the process of localization of modern Chinese medical system. The church university graduates established the largest medical association in modern China-the Chinese Medical Association. The most influential Chinese medical journal in modern China, the Chinese Medical Journal, was founded, and the first high level medical college run by the Chinese-Shanghai Medical College. China has established the only national academic center of medical science, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Central Health Agency, the Ministry of Health. Through the analysis of these three aspects, this paper found that the church university in the modern Chinese medical institutionalization process can not be ignored. Both the church universities themselves and their graduates have made important contributions to modern Chinese medicine. In addition, through the in-depth analysis and extraction of the latest research results and historical data, this paper enriches the connotation of the church universities. Joined Nanhua Medical School, Xia GE Medical University, Union Medical College, Fengtian Medical University, Shanghai Women's Medical College and Xiangya Medical College. On this basis. This paper systematically studies the role of church universities in the institutionalization of modern Chinese medicine from the point of view of medical sociology.
