现代禅学顿渐关系的重构及其取径与概念

【摘要】：在胡适禅学研究的启发下,现代禅学研究逐步颠覆了传统禅史"南顿北渐"的对立图式,解构了南北二宗"顿""渐"的法门对立,重构出"顿"与"渐"的同质关系。现代禅学研究对"顿""渐"对立的解构,是有意弱化义理层面的处理而侧重史学批判研究的结果,并且在一定程度上体现了史学批判的某种目的性意图。同时,"顿""渐"同质关系的重建,是运用"东山门下"包括神秀、法如、老安、玄赜等各系在内的"大北宗"概念,代替原初语境中单指神秀一系的"北宗",将南能与北秀二宗的关系置换成慧能南禅与东山法流之间的关系进行考量的结果。禅宗顿渐关系的重构,尤有待于在思想史的脉络中、从"义理之诤"的层面给予更加充分的阐释与论证。
[Abstract]:Inspired by Hu Shi's study of Zen, modern Zen studies have gradually subverted the opposite schema of the traditional history of Zen, "Nanton gradually moving north", and deconstructed the "gradual" method opposition between the two "Dun" and "gradually" of the North and the South. Reconstructing the homogenous relationship between "ton" and "gradual". The deconstruction of the antagonism between "Don" and "gradual" in modern Zen studies is the result of the study of historical criticism, which deliberately weakens the treatment of the level of justice and theory. At the same time, the reconstruction of the homogenous relationship between "Don" and "gradual" is to use the concept of "Dabei sect", including Shenxiu, Daoan, Xuanxue and other departments, which includes "Dongshan Gate", such as "Shen Xiu", "Daoan", "metaphysics" and so on. Instead of the "Beizong", which refers only to the first series of Shenxiu in the original context, the relationship between Nan Neng and Beixiu is replaced by the result of consideration of the relationship between Huineng South Zen and Dongshan Falun. The reconstruction of the gradual relationship of Zen Buddhism needs to be carried out in the context of the history of thought. From the perspective of "justice and reason," give a more adequate interpretation and argument.
