宗教在养老机构中的介入和作用研究——以北京市牛街民族敬老院为例

【摘要】：以北京牛街民族敬老院为例,发掘宗教在养老院中的介入模式和养老应对机制。牛街敬老院宗教介入程度较浅,信众奉献的财物以及由信众组成的人力都只占运营中很小部分,在法律和政府行政力保障下,宗教在普通养老院预期可以有更为深入的介入并发挥积极的作用。在本案例中,伊斯兰教通过礼拜、临终关怀等参与形式对入住机构的老人的身体、精神施加影响,并更多表现为正向影响。多数受访老人认为宗教与规律性的机构生活共同促使自身健康状况向好发展,宗教带来的寄托感、意义感使得老人目标明确、精神放松、更易满足,在机构生活中表现得更为愉悦。宗教介入机构养老具有现实性、可行性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Take Beijing Niujie National Home for the aged as an example to explore the intervention mode of religion in nursing homes and the coping mechanism for the elderly. The religious intervention of Niujie Residential homes for the elderly is relatively shallow, and the contributions of believers and the manpower of believers are only a very small part of the operation. Under the guarantee of the law and the administrative power of the government, religion is expected to have a deeper involvement and play an active role in the general nursing home. In this case, Islam through worship, Hospice care and other forms of participation exert an influence on the body and spirit of the elderly living in institutions, and they are more likely to show positive influence. Most of the elderly interviewees believe that religion and regular institutional life together promote the development of their own health. Religion brings a sense of sustenance, meaning makes the elderly clear goals, relaxed spirit, more easily satisfied, more pleasant in the institutional life, religious intervention in institutional pension is realistic, feasible and necessary.
