当代穆斯林学者人权探讨路径评介

【摘要】：当代伊斯兰人权思潮的兴起与穆斯林社会的发展密切相关。民族国家的危机,伊斯兰主义的复兴以及全球化带来的国际交往,皆使人权话语成为实现社会民主化的基本表达。当代穆斯林学者通过世俗主义、伊斯兰主义或改革主义的方法,塑造伊斯兰人权理论。这些理论方法从历史发展来看是互相铺垫的,但又有其特定内涵。随着时代的渐进,改革主义的方法成为当前人权探讨的主要方式。当代伊斯兰人权理论的塑造,需要给予穆斯林学者平等的和有保障的解释权,只有这样才能促进伊斯兰人权理论的良性构建。
[Abstract]:The rise of the contemporary Islamic trend of human rights is closely related to the development of Muslim society.The crisis of nation-state, the revival of Islamism and the international communication brought by globalization all make the discourse of human rights the basic expression of realizing social democratization.Contemporary Muslim scholars shape the theory of Islamic human rights through secularism, Islamism or reformism.From the historical development, these theories and methods are laid on each other, but also have their specific connotations.With the gradual development of the times, the reformist approach has become the main way to explore human rights.The shaping of contemporary Islamic human rights theory needs to give Muslim scholars equal and guaranteed power of interpretation, only in this way can we promote the sound construction of Islamic human rights theory.
