法显与佛教律在汉地的传承

【摘要】:佛教的文献总称三藏,律是其中之一。佛教僧人依律而住,律因此更成为佛教宗教生活最基本的原则。历史上中国佛教的发展,离不开从印度传入的戒律。律对于中国佛教和印度佛教,都具有关键性的意义。东晋时代的法显,舍生忘死,去印度求法,主要目的就是求取戒律。法显最后带回了当时重要的三种戒律。这三种戒律,其中的一种,法显亲自参与了翻译;一种由其他人翻译;另一种因为已经有了完整的汉译本,没有被翻译。这三种律,加上《四分律》,代表了汉地最早传承的佛教的四个部派律系统。了解其间传译的过程,无论对于研究中国佛教的历史,还是印度的佛教文献传承的情况以及佛教部派的历史,都有重要的意义。法显因此在历史上做出了多方面的贡献。
[Abstract]:Buddhist literature is generally called three Tibetan, law is one of them. Buddhist monks lived according to the law, so the law became the most basic principle of Buddhist religious life. The development of Chinese Buddhism in history is inseparable from the precepts introduced from India. Law is of crucial importance to both Chinese and Indian Buddhism. The main purpose of the Eastern Jin Dynasty was to seek the precepts. Fahyin finally brought back the three important commandments of the time. One of these three precepts, one of which was personally involved in translation, one was translated by others, and the other was not translated because it had a complete Chinese translation. These three laws, together with the quadrilateral law, represent the four law systems of Buddhism that were first inherited in the Han Dynasty. Understanding the process of interpretation is of great significance to the study of the history of Chinese Buddhism, the inheritance of Buddhist documents in India and the history of Buddhism. As a result, France has made many contributions in history.
