神约之国的初始权利——从斯宾诺莎的《神学政治论》内在不一致谈起

【摘要】：斯宾诺莎在《神学政治论》当中对希伯来国历史制度进行内在不一致的三个层面分析,他利用自然状态、契约等政治语汇重新解释了神约的性质与国家兴衰的联系,揭露了希伯来政体最初建立时对人民权利的侵犯。从历史教训来说,他对希伯来国"初始"权利和契约的曲笔旨在警告新兴起的精神权利被滥用的可能后果。
[Abstract]:In the Theological Politics, Spinoza analyzes the historical system of Hebrew on three levels of inconsistency. He reinterprets the relationship between the nature of the covenant and the rise and fall of the country by using political terms such as natural state and contract. It exposed the violation of the rights of the people when the Hebrew regime was first established. From the lessons of history, his "initial" rights and contracts in Hebrew are intended to warn of the possible consequences of the abuse of newly-emerging spiritual rights.
