民国时期“中国佛教史”书写研究——以“连续性”问题为中心

【摘要】:民国是一个"断裂"的时代,如何缝补这种古今中西之间的"断裂"而成立"连续"是当时知识界面临的共同问题。其中一批知识分子尝试通过"中国佛教史"的书写来建构"连续性"。他们先通过对佛教中国化过程的历史重构成立中华民族与世界的连续,又在书写过程中转化话语方式成立宗教与学术的连续,最后通过对中国佛教史脉络的重建与内容的扩展成立超越与现实的连续。在这一系的"连续性"建构中,佛教通过"中国佛教史"的书写由传统走向现代,完成了"断裂"中的传承,同时也成为了中国文化由传统向现代转化的典型范例。
[Abstract]:The Republic of China is an era of "fracture", how to mend this kind of "fracture" between ancient and modern China and the West and establish "continuous" is a common problem faced by intellectuals at that time. One group of intellectuals tried to construct continuity through the writing of the History of Chinese Buddhism. They first established the continuity of the Chinese nation and the world through the historical reconstruction of the process of Buddhist Sinicization, and in the process of writing, they transformed the way of discourse to establish the continuity of religion and learning. Finally, through the reconstruction of the history of Chinese Buddhism and the expansion of the content of the establishment of transcendence and reality. In the construction of "continuity" of this department, Buddhism, through the writing of "the history of Chinese Buddhism" from tradition to modern, has completed the inheritance of "fracture", and has also become a typical example of the transformation of Chinese culture from tradition to modern.
