【摘要】：正我谨向出席第四届世界佛教论坛的所有与会者致以亲切问候!论坛举行之时,恰逢联合国刚刚通过可持续发展目标。可持续发展目标将在今后15年引领我们为全人类的尊严而奋斗。这些目标旨在保护地球和全人类,既雄心勃勃亦切实可行,只有各方携手推进方能成功。鉴此,我欢迎论坛关注佛教教义在解决现实问题方面所发挥的积极作用。
[Abstract]:I would like to extend my cordial greetings to all the participants attending the fourth World Buddhist Forum! The Forum coincided with the adoption of the sustainable development goals by the United Nations. Sustainable development goals will lead us in the next 15 years to fight for the dignity of all mankind. These goals, which are ambitious and practical to protect the planet and humanity, can be successful only if all parties work together. In view of this, I welcome the Forum's attention to the positive role of Buddhist teachings in solving practical problems.
