[Abstract]:GE Hong is an important figure in the history of Taoist philosophy. His immortal thought melts Confucianism into Taoism and promotes the maturity of Taoist theory. His idea of moral enlightenment as a condition for immortality helped Taoism gain official support, and Taoism's status was raised. His idea of immortality is characterized by the close connection between human beings and immortals. The main connotations include the theory of the existence of gods in the human world, the theory of immortals, and the three aspects of the theory of immortals that can be cultivated in the world. The theory that Jin Dan can rapidly become a fairy and the mode of practicing immortals in this world without reclining from the world are his manifestation of Taoism reform and innovation. These achievements have a profound influence on the development of Taoism in the future. There are profound social reasons for the emergence of his view of the world immortals. His view of immortals is of great value in the history of Taoist philosophy, especially in the contributions of philosophy of life, philosophy of life and scientific thinking. His determined reform consciousness, the optimistic enterprising spirit of "my destiny is not in the sky" and the practice of paying attention to moral education have provided a useful reference for the prosperity of Taoism and the construction of a harmonious society.
