心理契约违背情境下单位员工反生产行为的调适之策

【摘要】:正心理契约是一个复杂的心理结构,不仅具有较强的主观性、动态性及社会性等特点,还受个人、组织、文化环境等因素的影响。心理契约违背则是一种情绪体验,是个体认知到组织未履行心理契约后所产生的愤怒或背叛的情绪体验。象征互动理论和控制理论阐述了当组织层面的行为与个体层面的意愿发生矛盾时,个体的心理会基于事件主体而产生负面情绪,进而希望借助一定的行为控制扭转事件的发展方
[Abstract]:The positive psychological contract is a complex psychological structure, not only with strong subjectivity, dynamic and sociality, but also influenced by factors such as individual, organization and cultural environment. Psychological contract violation is a kind of emotional experience. It is an emotional experience of anger or betrayal produced by individual cognition to the organization's unfulfilled psychological contract. The interaction theory and the control theory explain that when the behavior of the organization level is inconsistent with the willingness of the individual level, the individual psychology will generate negative emotions based on the event subject, and then hope to control the development of the events by means of certain behavior.
