“一带一路”建设中的宗教风险--以巴基斯坦为例

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议所涉国家大多有着悠久的宗教历史传统和浓厚的宗教信仰氛围,当我们评估那些可能影响项目顺利实施的各类风险时,宗教风险不应受到忽视。宗教风险大致可以分为"认识型"和"发生型"两类,本文以讨论"发生型宗教风险"为主,该类风险主要强调宗教(至少在名义上)成为引发暴力和冲突的力量。以"一带一路"倡议里重要的节点国家巴基斯坦为例,宗教纷争、教派冲突、极端主义是三种主要的"发生型"宗教风险,它们会让"一带一路"项目的政治环境恶化,并会带来经济损失和安全危机等问题,值得警惕。
[Abstract]:Most of the countries covered by the "Belt and Road" initiative have a long history of religion and a strong religious atmosphere, and religious risks should not be overlooked when we assess the types of risks that may affect the smooth implementation of the project. Religious risk can be divided into two types: "cognitive type" and "occurrence type". This paper mainly discusses the "occurrence type of religious risk", which emphasizes that religion (at least in name) becomes the force of violence and conflict. Take Pakistan, an important node of the "Belt and Road" initiative, for example, where religious strife, sectarian conflict, and extremism are three major "occurrences" of religious risk that can worsen the political environment of the "Belt and Road" project. And will bring economic losses and security crisis and other issues, worthy of vigilance.
