从松下企业文化看宗教文化的影响

【摘要】:战后,日本国民陷入了巨大的恐慌。为了从战后废墟上重新振作起来,日本人在学习别国经验的同时,也进行了“反省”。战前,日本对国民灌输的是“军刀政治”、“领土扩张”的“富国强兵”思想。战后,,日本对此进行了反省,深刻意识到“军事第一”绝不会让日本繁荣。从而确立了“经济第一”、“勤奋工作”的新经济文化。结果,日本仅仅用了不到30年的时间,不仅超越了西欧列强,而且同美国展开了激烈竞争。从20世纪80年代开始至2010年为止,一跃成为世界第二经济大国。 日本经济的腾飞与日本企业的成功紧密相连,而日本企业成功的因素是多方面的,笔者认为:根本的因素是日本公司把企业作为一个文化实体来实施管理,创造出独具风格的企业文化。在企业文化推动下,日本企业实现“以人为中心”的经营管理,注意发挥理想、信念、精神、道德等群体意识的凝聚作用、激励作用、规范作用,充分调动员工的积极性和创造性,使企业的人、财、物、管理技术等要素有效地组织起来,发挥较高的技能。 本文以日本企业的典型代表——松下企业公司为对象,试图以松下企业文化为切入点,从佛教文化、儒教文化、武士道文化三方面入手,探究宗教文化对松下企业文化的影响,以期从中得出可为中国企业加以借鉴的构筑企业文化的成功经验,笔者相信这对推动中国企业增强企业凝聚力,增加企业效益,提高竞争力都是大有裨益的。 本论文结构如下: 序章总结关于松下企业文化的先行研究,概述本论文的研究方法以及论文构成。 第一章“企业文化”是什么:介绍“企业文化”一词的定义、构成要素及重要性,并介绍日本企业文化的共性。 第二章日本企业文化的代表——松下企业文化:介绍松下股份制公司的诞生、历史、公司名称的改变、公司纲领、信条、遵奉的七精神。 第三章松下企业文化所受到的多种宗教文化的影响:分别从佛教文化、儒教文化、武士道文化三方面介绍对松下企业文化的影响。 第四章松下公司成功的秘密和对中国企业的启示:从日本人宽容的宗教观入手,阐述松下幸之助是如何平衡佛教文化、儒教文化、武士道文化的有利因素,将其吸收进入松下公司企业文化并取得巨大商业成功的;进而阐述松下公司构建优秀企业文化成功经验对中国企业的启示。 终章总结通过本论文的研究得出的结论。
[Abstract]:After the war, the Japanese people fell into great panic. In order to recover from the ruins of the postwar, the Japanese, while learning from the experience of other countries, also carried out a "reflection." Before the war, Japan instilled in its people the idea of "military knife politics" and "territorial expansion". After the war, Japan reflected on this and realized that military first would never make Japan prosperous. Thus established the "economic first", "hard work" of the new economic culture. As a result, it took Japan less than 30 years, not only to surpass the Western European powers, but also to compete fiercely with the United States. From 1980 s to 2010, it became the second largest economy in the world. The take-off of Japanese economy is closely related to the success of Japanese enterprises, and the factors of success of Japanese enterprises are various. The author believes that the fundamental factor is that Japanese companies take the enterprise as a cultural entity to carry out management. Create a unique style of corporate culture. Under the impetus of corporate culture, Japanese enterprises realize "people-centered" management, pay attention to giving full play to the collective consciousness of ideal, belief, spirit, morality, etc., as well as the role of encouragement and regulation. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, so that the enterprise personnel, wealth, material, management technology and other elements to effectively organize, play a higher skill. Taking Panasonic Corporation, a typical representative of Japanese enterprises, as the object, this paper attempts to explore the influence of religious culture on Panasonic corporate culture from three aspects: Buddhism culture, Confucianism culture and Bushido culture. The author hopes to draw the successful experience of constructing enterprise culture which can be used for reference by Chinese enterprises. The author believes that this will be of great benefit to promote Chinese enterprises to strengthen the cohesion, increase the efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The structure of this paper is as follows: the preface summarizes the previous research on Panasonic corporate culture, summarizes the research methods and composition of this paper. The first chapter is what is "corporate culture": it introduces the definition, elements and importance of the term "corporate culture", and introduces the commonness of Japanese corporate culture. The second chapter is the representative of Japanese corporate culture-Panasonic corporate culture: the introduction of Panasonic stock company's birth, history, company name change, company program, creed, the seven spirit that obeys. Chapter three introduces the influence of Panasonic corporate culture on Panasonic corporate culture from three aspects: Buddhism culture, Confucianism culture and Bushido culture. Chapter four: the secret of Panasonic's success and its enlightenment to Chinese enterprises: starting with the tolerant religious view of the Japanese, the author expounds how Matsushita Konosuke balances the favorable factors of Buddhist culture, Confucianism culture and Bushido culture. Absorbing it into Panasonic's corporate culture and obtaining great commercial success, and then expounding the enlightenment of Panasonic's successful experience in constructing excellent corporate culture to Chinese enterprises. The final chapter summarizes the conclusions obtained through the research of this paper.
