中国穆斯林跨国慈善——以马来西亚的中国穆斯林赴缅甸罗兴亚难民营援助为例

【摘要】：由于历史、政治、国际、信仰及族群等原因,缅甸政府在本国若开邦设置了罗兴亚难民营。多国穆斯林前往若开邦施以援助。马来西亚的中国穆斯林,通过与该国NGO组织的合作,从先加入援助队伍,到单独组织"中国穆斯林援助缅甸罗兴亚穆斯林志愿团",再到联合国内穆斯林在缅甸聚合援助。中国穆斯林先后五次入缅,主要援助有赠送食物包,兴建学校,发放小额借(贷)款等。通过援助,中国穆斯林一方面更加珍视自己在国内的生活环境,另一方面,他们的跨国慈善,有可能影响国内穆斯林参与慈善活动的选项。评价中国穆斯林入缅援助罗兴亚人,既要从国际关系角度出发,也应着眼于宗教慈善等方面。
[Abstract]:For historical, political, international, religious and ethnic reasons, the Burmese government has set up Rohingya refugee camp in Rakhine State. Many Muslims went to Rakhine State to give aid. Chinese Muslims in Malaysia have partnered with the country's NGO to join the aid team first, to form a separate group, the Rohingya Muslim Volunteer Group in Myanmar, and then to unite Muslims in the United Nations in Burma. Chinese Muslims have visited Myanmar five times, mainly assisting with food parcels, building schools and issuing small loans. With aid, Chinese Muslims value their living environment at home more, and their transnational philanthropy may affect the options for domestic Muslims to participate in charitable activities. The evaluation of Chinese Muslims entering Myanmar to aid Rohingya should not only start from the angle of international relations, but also focus on religious charity and so on.
