废旧金属材料的再生设计研究

【摘要】:随着世界范围内经济的急速发展,人类社会需要承担越来越多的资源压力以及环境压力。由于人们消费水平的提高,工业产品销量一路上升,可严重的造成了工业废旧品的增加和工业资源的浪费。社会在朝着不断工业化的方向发展,商品经济逐渐占据主流。但是也造成了社会的分裂和混乱,物欲横流,大自然的枯槁。许多国家通过进行污染治理、清洁生产等方法,对环境污染进行治理,但是,这些方法都是在发生污染之后才开始运用的方法,属于污染治理中的末端方法,很难能够从根本上解决环境污染的问题,而且很多产品在脱离设计环境的时候,其所具有的属性已经大体上都固定下来了,在他的生命周期中每一个时刻都能对周围的环境带来很大的影响,人们只有逐步地认识到工业产品的再生设计的重要性,才能够真正地解决在制造业可能会出现的各种问题。如何才能让废旧的产品延续生命,这一命题要解决的核心问题是如何更好的利用设计的手段去实现产品的再生。文章以充分的文献综述为基本材料从废旧金属的回收和利用为脉络引出了再生设计的必要性。通过前期的调查研究,各类资料的整合,结合实例分析出了废旧产品再生设计的设计方法和设计原则。并以建筑垃圾中的废旧钢筋为切入点总结出废旧金属的设计可行性和加工工艺。基于对各种因素的综合研究探索如何通过再生设计的方法利用建筑垃圾中的废旧钢筋设计出既具备实用功能又兼具装饰功能的产品。在过去很长的一段时间里,人类为了能够实现人类社会与环境的和谐发展做出了很多的努力,而且也取得了相应的成果。金属是自然界的馈赠但也不是取之不尽用之不竭,另外金属本身具有良好的导热,导电和可延展等属性。如果金属制品用旧就丢弃既浪费大自然给予我们的资源又实在与“物尽其用”背道而驰。纵观当今,“加强生态文明建设,发展绿色循环经济”已成为我国的重要战略构想,环保又绿色的设计已经成为时代主流,废旧金属的回收再利用有着巨大潜力。废旧工业产品的再设计不但是赋予了废旧工业产品新的生命,更是让设计有了新的意义,设计让物尽其用才是美好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, human society needs to bear more and more pressure of resources and environment. Because of the improvement of people's consumption level, the sales volume of industrial products is rising all the time. But seriously caused by the increase of industrial waste and waste of industrial resources. The development of society towards the direction of continuous industrialization, commodity economy gradually occupied the mainstream, but also caused social division and chaos. Many countries through pollution control, cleaner production and other methods to control environmental pollution, but these methods are only after pollution began to be used. It is very difficult to solve the problem of environmental pollution fundamentally by the end method of pollution control, and many products have been fixed in general when they are out of the design environment. Every moment in his life cycle can have a great impact on the surrounding environment. People only gradually realize the importance of the regenerative design of industrial products. In order to really solve the various problems that may arise in the manufacturing industry. How to let the waste products continue to live. The core problem of this proposition is how to make better use of the means of design to realize the regeneration of products. This paper draws out the recycling design from the recovery and utilization of scrap metals based on the sufficient literature review as the basic material. Through early investigation and research. The integration of all kinds of data. The design methods and design principles of recycling design of waste products are analyzed with examples. The design feasibility and processing technology of scrap metals are summarized from the point of view of waste steel bars in construction waste. The comprehensive research explored how to use the waste steel bars in the construction waste to design the products with both practical and decorative functions through the method of recycling design. In the past a long period of time. Human beings have made a lot of efforts to realize the harmonious development of human society and environment, and have also made corresponding achievements. Metal is a gift of nature, but it is not inexhaustible. In addition, metals themselves have good properties of heat conduction, conductivity and extensibility. If metal products are discarded with old materials, they will not only waste the resources given to us by nature, but also run counter to "making the best use of things". "strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, develop green circular economy" has become an important strategic concept of our country, environmental protection and green design has become the mainstream of the times. The redesign of waste industrial products not only gives a new life to waste industrial products, but also gives new meaning to design.
