【摘要】:新疆地域广大,资源丰富,拥有坚实的农业生物质发展基础,作为“一带一路”核心区和国家大型油气生产加工储备基地、大型煤炭煤电煤化工基地和国家能源资源陆上大通道,新疆的生物质能资源的发展利用,对新疆能源的结构调整、生态环境保护、经济协调发展和建设环境友好社会都起着推动作用。本文选取新疆种植业的小麦、玉米、棉花;畜牧业的猪、牛、禽等农区集中圈养家畜;林果业的红枣、杏、苹果和核桃剩余物等可利用的生物质能源资源,以10年为时间轴,根据各地州农作物播种、禽畜养殖的地区布局,统计2006年—2015年主要农牧业的年产量,结合部分地区农作物废弃资源的使用情况以及生物质能源资源利用情况的实地考察,利用草谷比系数、折标能源系数、各类资源折标煤系数以及资源直燃的排放系数等,结合能源计算方法,对新疆各地区的优势生物质能资源进行分析,得出各年间的各类资源总量、折标量、分布密集程度和集聚程度以及变化趋势。在此基础上,评价生物质能源资源的优势分布地区以及优势资源,资源量潜力以及地区分布组合特征,各地州在充分利用其当地生物质能源资源的情况下的所产生的经济效益及环境效益,为今后新疆更好的发展和升级生物质资源转化基地,提供理论基础和参考。结论:新疆农牧业生物质能资源总量较为稳定且相对丰富。资源总量和资源构成地区分布差异较大,地区生物质资源呈现出分布相对集中的现象,分布状况存在相对优势,具有较高的经济效益和环境效益。2015年新疆生物质资源总量达2991.67万吨标准煤,其中秸秆资源优势地区主要以塔城地区、喀什地区、阿克苏地区、伊犁州直属县(市),其资源总量占全疆秸秆资源的76.1%;喀什地区、昌吉回族自治州、阿克苏地区、伊犁州直属县(市)为我区禽畜粪便生物质能源资源优势地区,其资源占全疆禽畜资源总量的71.91%;林果业废弃物资源优势地区为喀什地区和阿克苏地区其资源总量占全区资源总量的77.44%。大规模且较为集中的生物质能资源布局为新疆发展生物质能源提供了物质基础。结合本文研究优势分析,新疆主要农作物废弃物资源利用前景明朗,其丰富且相对集中的生物质资源也为新疆的生物质资源产业化利用提供数量和区位条件。
