室内外雾霾暴露人群血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平的变化

【摘要】:目的:测定室内外雾霾暴露人群血清白介素6、白介素10(interleukin,IL-6、IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平,观察雾霾高暴露、低暴露情况下对人体炎症因子的影响,为采取适当防护措施减少细颗粒物(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5μm or less,PM2.5)对健康危害提供理论依据。方法:选取河北省人民医院2015年10月至2015年12月两批体检人群,分别为干部职员等办公室人员、公交司机,发放调查问卷,了解性别、年龄、吸烟状况、居住环境、室外暴露时间、防护措施采取情况,完成问卷调查后清晨空腹抽取静脉血,酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Elisa)测定血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平。结果:1室内组与室外组人群一般情况的比较:室内组共88人,男性69人(78.4%),女性19人(21.6%),年龄分布为46.2±3.31岁,目前吸烟者为48人(54.5%);室外组共90人,男性73人(81.1%),女性17人(18.9%),年龄分布为46.6±3.33岁,目前吸烟者为52人(57.8%)。两组人群的性别构成(χ2=0.201,P=0.654)、年龄(t=㧟0.750,P=0.454)、吸烟率(χ2=0.189,P=0.664)差异无统计学意义。研究人群大部分居住在城区:室内组居住在城区者为81人(92%),远郊3人(3.4%),近郊4人(4.5%);室外组居住在城区者为76人(84.4%),远郊9人(10%),近郊5人(5.6%)。调查使用空气净化器、雾霾期间合理开门窗、佩戴口罩等防护措施的情况室内组40人(45.5%)、室外组32人(35.6%),两组人群的居住环境(χ2=3.204,P=0.192)、采取防护措施率(χ2=1.810,P=0.179)差异无统计学意义;2采集血样1年前石家庄市空气中PM2.5浓度数据以及室内组、室外组暴露时间的对比:2015年石家庄市PM2.5浓度日均水平波动在6~391μg/m3,平均浓度是71μg/m3。同一时期室内组人群每天的室外暴露时间在1~6小时之间,平均暴露时间为2小时,室外组人群每天的室外暴露时间在8~13小时之间,平均暴露时间10小时,室外组明显高于室内组(Z=㧟11.634,P=0.000);3室内组与室外组血清IL-6水平变化:室内组、室外组血清IL-6平均水平分别为3.94±0.48 pg/ml、17.05±2.30 pg/ml,室外组血清IL-6高于室内组(t=㧟52.925,P为0.000);4室内组与室外组血清IL-10水平变化:室内组、室外组血清IL-10平均水平分别为3.27±0.51 pg/ml、22.39±1.62 pg/ml,室外组血清IL-10高于室内组(t=㧟106.904,P为0.000);5室内组与室外组血清TNF-α水平变化:室内组、室外组血清TNF-α平均水平分别为25.24±2.15 pg/ml、106.13±9.27 pg/ml,室外组血清TNF-α高于室内组(t=㧟80.618,P为0.000)。结论:室外组雾霾暴露人群血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α高于室内组,PM2.5空气污染增强人体炎性反应,减少室外雾霾暴露可能取得健康获益。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine serum interleukin 6 (IL 6) and interleukin 10 interleukin 6 (IL 6) in people exposed to haze in and out of the room. The level of tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪) was measured to observe the effect of high exposure to haze and low exposure to TNF- 伪. To reduce fine particulate matter for appropriate protective measures (. Particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5 渭 m or less. Methods: two groups of physical examination people from October 2015 to December 2015 in Hebei Provincial people's Hospital were selected as cadres and clerks. Conclusion: the level of serum IL-6 and IL-10 TNF- 伪 in outdoor haze exposed population is higher than that in indoor group. Reducing outdoor haze exposure may benefit health.
