废旧冰箱塑料的在线近红外光电识别

【摘要】：废旧冰箱中塑料的无害化回收处理已经成为一个亟待解决的问题,而回收所得到的塑料产品纯度已经成为制约废旧冰箱塑料回收行业发展的重要因素。将近红外光谱分析识别技术应用到在线废旧冰箱塑料的分选识别中,设计并搭建了一整套的分选平台,实现了废旧冰箱塑料主要成分的在线识别。特别针对目前近红外分析技术较难识别的ABS与PS开发了适应的识别算法,对搭建的分选平台进行了废旧冰箱塑料主要成分ABS、PS与PP的识别准确率实验。实验结果表明,近红外光谱分析技术适用于废旧冰箱塑料的在线识别,且准确率可以达到98%以上。
[Abstract]:The harmless recycling of plastics in waste refrigerators has become an urgent problem to be solved. The purity of plastic products obtained from recycling has become an important factor that restricts the development of plastic recovery industry of waste refrigerators. The near-infrared spectrum analysis and identification technology is applied to the sorting and identification of plastics used in online waste refrigerators. Design and build a set of sorting platform to realize the online identification of the main components of waste refrigerator plastics. Especially for the near infrared analysis technology is difficult to identify the ABS and PS developed adaptive recognition algorithm. The recognition accuracy of the main components of waste refrigerator plastics ABSPS and PP is tested. The experimental results show that the near infrared spectrum analysis technology is suitable for the on-line identification of waste refrigerator plastics. And the accuracy rate can reach more than 98%.
