【摘要】:绿色创新是实现环境保护和技术进步双赢目标的重要因素。利用2006—2016年中国分地区的面板数据,对中国大陆30个省(市、区)的工业企业绿色创新效率进行评价,并在此基础上实证考察环境规制与工业企业绿色创新效率的关系。研究结果表明,与传统创新效率相比,考虑了非期望产出的绿色创新效率普遍偏低;不同区域工业企业的绿色创新效率之间存在着明显差异,东部地区工业企业绿色创新水平较高,中西部地区较低;全国及东部地区环境规制与工业企业绿色创新效率之间呈显著的"U"形关系,即随着环境规制水平的逐渐提高,区域工业企业绿色创新效率先减后增;中西部地区环境规制对工业企业绿色创新效率的影响不显著。相关研究结论可能为促进中国企业的绿色创新、推动生态文明建设提供有益启示。
[Abstract]:Green innovation is an important factor to achieve the win-win goal of environmental protection and technological progress. Using panel data from 2006 to 2016, 30 provinces (cities) in mainland China are selected. Based on the evaluation of green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises, the relationship between environmental regulation and green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises is investigated empirically. The results show that the efficiency of green innovation is compared with that of traditional ones. The green innovation efficiency of non-expected output is generally low; There are obvious differences between the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in different regions. The green innovation level of industrial enterprises in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions. There is a significant "U" relationship between environmental regulation and green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in China and eastern regions, that is, with the gradual improvement of environmental regulation level, the green innovation efficiency of regional industrial enterprises decreases first and then increases; The environmental regulation in the central and western regions has no significant influence on the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises. The relevant research conclusions may provide beneficial enlightenment for promoting green innovation of Chinese enterprises and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
