江西省旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调关系的时空分析

【摘要】：随着社会文明程度与人民生活水平的普遍提高,大众性的旅游活动正在全球范围内开展。目前,在全球经济增长乏力背景下,全球旅游经济正成为全球经济复苏的重要动力。但旅游业在创造巨大经济效益同时,也给生态环境保护带来了挑战。作为一个资源主导型的旅游目的地,江西省近年旅游经济的迅速发展很大程度上得益于其优美的生态环境,“江西风景独好”已深入人心。在打造“美丽中国”与生态文明建设两个“江西样板”背景下,研究旅游发展与生态环境保护之间的关系,对江西省旅游经济与生态环境的协调发展具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过收集和总结国内外关于旅游经济与生态环境关系的研究成果,结合江西省旅游经济与生态环境的实际情况,以系统耦合理论、生态经济理论、旅游环境学理论和可持续发展理论等为指导,构建了江西省旅游经济与生态环境耦合协调发展的评价指标体系。其中旅游经济系统涵盖了旅游经济人口指标、旅游经济收入指标、旅游经济结构指标3个准则层和12个指标;生态系统系统涵盖了生态环境禀赋指标、生态环境压力指标、生态环境保护指标3个准则层和13个指标,共计25个指标。同时,运用综合评价模型、耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型,分析了2005—2015年江西省及11个设区市的旅游经济与生态环境的耦合协调发展情况。主要结论如下:(1)从时间上来看,江西省旅游经济与生态环境综合发展水平均呈上升趋势。但对比旅游经济的发展趋势,生态环境呈“先升后降再升”的波动态势,且增长速度逐步变缓,这正与近两年江西省生态环境承载压力增加的现状相吻合,说明今后应加强对生态环境质量的提升,在此基础上实现更好的旅游经济效益。(2)江西省旅游经济与生态环境的综合发展指数、耦合度以及耦合协调度都呈上升趋势,逐步过渡到良性耦合阶段,可见江西省近年来在旅游经济和生态环境建设中所做出的努力和成效。值得注意的是,近两年耦合水平出现了范围较小的回落。(3)从空间上来看,江西省各地市旅游经济与生态环境的综合发展指数、耦合度及耦合协调度均具有明显的地区差异性,这与各地市的旅游发展和生态文明建设进程有很大关系。目前,许多地市都表现为生态环境滞后于旅游经济,其中滞后较大有南昌市、九江市与萍乡市,说明这些地区今后应特别加强生态环境建设的投入力度,使其跟上旅游经济的发展速度,以此促进二者的协调发展。
[Abstract]:With the general improvement of social civilization and people's living standards, popular tourism activities are being carried out in the world. At present, under the background of the sluggish global economic growth. The global tourism economy is becoming an important driving force for the global economic recovery. However, tourism not only creates great economic benefits, but also brings challenges to the protection of the ecological environment. It is a resource-oriented tourism destination. The rapid development of tourism economy in Jiangxi Province in recent years has greatly benefited from its beautiful ecological environment. "Jiangxi scenery alone good" has been deeply rooted in people's hearts. Under the background of creating "beautiful China" and constructing ecological civilization, the relationship between tourism development and ecological environment protection is studied. It is of great practical significance for the coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province. This paper collects and summarizes the research results on the relationship between tourism economy and ecological environment at home and abroad. Combined with the actual situation of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province, it is guided by system coupling theory, ecological economy theory, tourism environment theory and sustainable development theory. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province, in which the tourism economic system includes the tourism economic population index and the tourism economic income index. Tourism economic structure index 3 criterion layer and 12 index; The ecosystem includes ecological environment endowment index, ecological environment pressure index, ecological environment protection index 3 criteria layer and 13 index, total 25 indexes. At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation model is used. Coupling degree model and coupling coordination model. This paper analyzes the coupled and coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province and 11 cities divided into districts from 2005 to 2015. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) from the point of view of time. The comprehensive development level of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province is on an upward trend, but compared with the development trend of tourism economy, the ecological environment shows a fluctuation trend of "rising first, then descending then rising", and the growth rate gradually slows down. This is consistent with the increasing pressure of ecological environment in Jiangxi Province in the past two years, which indicates that the improvement of ecological environment quality should be strengthened in the future. On this basis to achieve better tourism economic benefits) Jiangxi Province tourism economy and ecological environment comprehensive development index coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are on the rise gradually transition to benign coupling stage. It can be seen that Jiangxi Province in recent years in the tourism economy and ecological environment construction made efforts and results. The comprehensive development index, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of tourism economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province have obvious regional differences. At present, many prefectures and cities show that the ecological environment lags behind the tourism economy, including Nanchang City, Jiujiang City and Pingxiang City. It is suggested that these areas should especially strengthen the investment of ecological environment construction in order to keep up with the speed of tourism economy development and promote the harmonious development of the two areas.
