【摘要】：城市交通体系的建设是发展低碳交通实现交通领域可持续发展的重要一环。城镇化进程的加快,使得越来越多的资本、人力涌入城市,这一切在带来经济快速发展,文化高度融合使得城市面貌焕然一新的同时,也使得城市原本的生活环境遭受了严重的破坏。郑州市低碳交通建设受城市规划的影响较大。郑州市作为河南省的省会城市拥有着大量的长居人口,其低碳交通建设对于河南省其它城市而言有着重要的借鉴意义(1)。十七大会议之后,确定了武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群被确定为创建“两型社会”的试验区,以此推广“资源节约型,环境友好型”的生态型城市建设;2012年中共十八大通过的《中国共产党章程(修正案)》,将科学发展观确立为党的行动指南;十八大报告提出的经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设五位一体,作为实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的总布局;2015年召开的中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第五次全体会议更是明确指出发展创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大理念。城市发展将低碳交通建设摆在了国家生态文明建设的核心位置。以此为指导,郑州市交通低碳化将成为郑州市交通建设的核心和城市交通体系发展的关键。本文主要通过文献分析的方法界定低碳交通的概念,从两型社会理论、科学发展观、五位一体理论和五大发展理念出发、构建低碳交通的理论依据;通过调查分析和资料收集的方法研究郑州市低碳交通硬件措施和软件措施两个方面的现状及存在的问题,强调郑州市发展低碳交通的必要性;通过调查分析和文献阅读的方法阐述郑州市的交通现状,分析了郑州市交通所面临的问题及其成因;通过实例分析和纵横比较的方法针对郑州市低碳交通建设进行实例分析,结合国内外发展低碳交通的成功经验,提出发展郑州市低碳交通建设的合理建议,为郑州市低碳交通建设存在的问题提出了可行的解决途径,具有为郑州市低碳交通建设提供理论与方法上借鉴的理论意义和改善郑州市居民出行环境的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The construction of city transportation system is the development of low carbon traffic to realize the sustainable development of the traffic field. Low carbon transportation construction in Zhengzhou is influenced by city planning. The city development will be low carbon transportation construction as the core position of national ecological civilization construction. As a guide, Zhengzhou city traffic will become the key to the development of low-carbon core and transportation construction in Zhengzhou city traffic system. This paper mainly uses literature analysis method to define the concept of low carbon traffic, Scientific Outlook on Development from the two types of social theory, and theory, one of the five Of the five major development, theoretical basis for the construction of low carbon traffic; through the two aspects of the status quo investigation and analysis of research methods and data collection in Zhengzhou city low carbon transportation hardware and software measures and existing problems, the necessity for the development of Zhengzhou low carbon traffic; through the method of investigation and literature review on traffic the analysis of the present situation of Zhengzhou City, Zhengzhou city traffic problems and its causes; method through case analysis and comparison of the case analysis for low carbon transportation construction in Zhengzhou City, combined with the successful experience of the development of low carbon transportation at home and abroad, put forward reasonable suggestions on the development of low carbon transportation construction in Zhengzhou City, for low carbon transport the construction of Zhengzhou put forward a feasible solution, has theoretical significance and methods to provide theoretical reference for low carbon transportation construction in Zhengzhou city and improve the residents of the city of Zhengzhou The practical significance of the travel environment.
