【摘要】：随着城镇化建设的高速发展,资源短缺和环境污染等问题日益突出。为解决城镇化发展中面临的困境,我国提出了新型城镇化战略,而绿色技术是实现新型城镇化中绿色发展的重要措施。本文在新型城镇化视野下开展绿色技术的研究,不仅强化绿色技术的理论基础,对指导绿色技术的发展具有理论意义,而且对推进新型城镇化绿色健康发展具有现实意义。本文研究分为六个方面。绪论部分综述绿色技术的国内外研究现状,并提出本文的研究内容和意义;第二章主要阐述新型城镇化与绿色技术的概念和内涵,为本文的研究奠定理论基础;第三章主要阐述绿色技术在新型城镇化过程中的作用。指出绿色技术可以缓解在城镇化建设中呈现的资源困境、环境污染等问题。加快绿色技术进步和创新,可以促进产业结构优化升级,提升人们的生活质量;第四章论述了当前绿色技术在城镇化发展中的应用领域及存在的缺陷。我国绿色技术的发展现状整体较好,在城镇建设的能源、交通运输、建筑、工业、废弃物处理等方面成绩不错。不过,目前绿色技术也存在不足,比如体系化水平不高、与国际先进水平仍存在较大差距,不能满足国内生产生活需要等。第五章从观念、制度、政策和能力四个方面深入剖析了绿色技术在城镇化发展中出现问题的原因。第六章基于新型城镇化建设的实践和第五章的分析,探讨当前形势下绿色技术良性发展的对策。首先,需要加强绿色发展观念培养,完善绿色技术法律法规。其次,政府需要加强宏观调控和监督,规划引导绿色技术更好的融入新型城镇化中。最后,加强人才培养和引进,提高绿色技术的技术含量和创新能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the problems such as shortage of resources and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly prominent. In order to solve the difficulties in the development of urbanization, China has put forward a new urbanization strategy. Green technology is an important measure to realize green development in new urbanization. The research of green technology in the new urbanization field not only strengthens the theoretical basis of green technology, but also has theoretical significance to guide the development of green technology. This paper is divided into six aspects. The introduction part summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of green technology, and puts forward the research content and significance of this paper; The second chapter mainly expounds the concept and connotation of new urbanization and green technology, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. The third chapter mainly expounds the role of green technology in the process of new urbanization. It points out that green technology can alleviate the problems of resource dilemma and environmental pollution in the construction of urbanization, and accelerate the progress and innovation of green technology. It can promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and improve people's quality of life. Chapter 4th discusses the application and defects of green technology in the development of urbanization. Good results have been achieved in energy, transportation, construction, industry and waste disposal in urban construction. However, at present, there are also shortcomings in green technology, such as the low level of systematization, which is still a big gap with the international advanced level. Unable to meet the needs of domestic production and living, etc. Chapter 5th from the concept, system, The reasons for the problems of green technology in the development of urbanization are deeply analyzed in four aspects of policy and ability. Chapter 6th is based on the practice of new urbanization construction and the analysis of chapter 5th. This paper probes into the countermeasures for the benign development of green technology under the present situation. Firstly, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the concept of green development and perfect the laws and regulations of green technology. Secondly, the government needs to strengthen macro-control and supervision. Finally, we should strengthen the cultivation and introduction of talents and improve the technological content and innovation ability of green technology.
