县域尺度森林生态系统服务价值评估实践探索——以河南省西峡县为例

【摘要】：研究以河南省西峡县为例,按照"资产—生产"评估框架开展森林产品和服务的价值评估,并从自然财富、国内生产总值以及价值分配等角度进行综合分析。结果表明,西峡县森林资产总价值为140.16亿元,其中立木资产价值林地资产价值生态资产价值;生产总价值为192.04亿元,其中生态服务价值产品价值社会服务价值,而在森林的生态服务价值中,生物多样性保育价值涵养水源价值固碳释氧价值调节气温价值保育土壤价值净化环境价值农业防护价值景观游憩价值。综合分析,西峡县人均拥有森林自然财富31 655.80元;森林年生产价值相当于当年GDP的103.25%;森林年生产中34.38%为林业部门受益,65.62%为非林业领域受益;森林年生产价值中35.07%为当地受益,32.17%为省内受益,32.77%为全球受益。
[Abstract]:Taking Xixia County, Henan Province as an example, the value assessment of forest products and services is carried out according to the "asset-production" evaluation framework, and the comprehensive analysis is carried out from the perspectives of natural wealth, gross domestic product and value distribution. The total value of forest assets in Xixia County is fourteen billion sixteen million yuan, of which stand wood assets are forest land assets and forest land assets are ecological assets, and the total production value is nineteen billion two hundred and four million yuan, in which ecological service value products are worth social service value, In the ecological service value of forest, biodiversity conservation value, conservation water value, carbon sequestration value, oxygen release value, temperature value, soil value, purification value, environmental value, agricultural protection value, landscape recreation value, comprehensive analysis, The per capita natural wealth of forest in Xixia County is 31,655.80 yuan, the annual production value of forest is equivalent to 103.25% of GDP in that year, and 34.38% of the annual forest production benefits forest sector 65.62% in non-forestry field. 35.07% of the annual forest production value is local benefit 32.17% is the province benefit 32.77% is the global benefit.
