某皮革企业废水处理改扩建工程设计实例

【摘要】:对某企业现有污水处理设施的设计参数、设计功能的完整性、运行管理情况、羊皮生产废水的水质特点进行调研分析,在充分利用现有设施的基础上,新建预处理系统、生化系统、深度处理系统及污泥脱水系统。采用含铬废水先预处理后再与其他废水综合处理的设计思路,综合废水主体工艺采用两级AO工艺+Fenton工艺,出水水质满足《山东省南水北调沿线水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 37/599—2006)中重点保护区域排放标准,即COD≤60 mg/L、氨氮≤10 mg/L、总铬≤0.5 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and analyzes the design parameters, the integrity of the design function, the operation and management of the existing sewage treatment facilities in an enterprise, and the characteristics of the water quality of the sheepskin production wastewater. On the basis of making full use of the existing facilities, a new pretreatment system is built. Biochemical system, advanced treatment system and sludge dewatering system. The design idea of treating chromium-containing wastewater first and then with other wastewater is adopted. The main process of integrated wastewater is two-stage AO process Fenton process. The water quality of the effluent meets the regional discharge standard of "Integrated discharge Standard of Water pollutants along the South-to-North Water transfer Project of Shandong Province" (DB37 / 599-2006), that is, COD 鈮,
