一株抗锌菌的分离鉴定及其对印度芥菜修复锌污染土壤的影响

【摘要】:从受重金属污染土壤中筛选得到1株对锌有较高抗性的微生物,经鉴定该菌株为芽孢杆菌属。在不同实验条件下考察该菌株去除Zn2+的性能,结果表明:在Zn2+初始浓度为300 mg/L,温度为37℃,接种量为5%的情况下,去除Zn2+的效果最好,12 h去除率可达到94%;进一步利用盆栽试验,研究了添加不同浓度菌株对印度荠菜富集土壤中锌的影响。结果发现,在添加量为40 m L菌液下(1×109 CFU/m L),印度芥菜地上部分和地下部分锌含量,相较对照组分别提高56.1%和24.3%,这说明菌株可以提高锌弱酸提取态的含量。
[Abstract]:1 strains with high resistance to zinc were screened from the soil contaminated by heavy metals. The strain was identified as Bacillus. The results showed that the strain was removed from Zn2+ under different experimental conditions. The results showed that the removal of Zn2+ was best when the initial concentration of Zn2+ was 300 mg/L, the temperature was 37, and the inoculation amount was 5%, and the removal of 12 h was the best. The effect of the rate reached 94%, and the effect of adding different concentration strains on zinc in the rich soil of India's purse was further studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the content of zinc in the part and underground part of India mustard was 56.1% and 24.3%, respectively, under the addition of 40 m L bacteria (1 x 109 CFU/m L), which indicated that the strain could be improved.
