黄粉虫幼虫降解城市污泥环境影响因子研究

【摘要】:黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor L.)含有丰富的营养物质和多种氨基酸,常被作为特种畜禽养殖的鲜活饵料或蛋白质饲料添加剂,但是其饲喂原料要么成本较高,要么为了降低成本而导致其死亡率上升。利用城市污泥饲喂黄粉虫幼虫,以期达到既降低黄粉虫饲喂成本,又为城市污泥的资源化利用提供一个新的解决途径的目的。采用正交试验设计进行了四因素多水平试验,研究不同环境影响因子(温度条件、污泥和麦麸配比比例、黄粉虫幼虫饲养密度及虫体规格大小)对黄粉虫幼虫生长速率、死亡率的影响,通过分析比较试验饲养前后黄粉虫及虫粪和饲料剩余物混合物中营养成分、金属元素含量变化,探讨黄粉虫幼虫在城市污泥中生长的适宜条件,以及黄粉虫处理城市污泥的效果。利用城市污泥饲喂黄粉虫幼虫时,饲养温度在20~25℃,饲养密度为0.2 g·cm~(-2),污泥和麦麸配比为1∶1时黄粉虫幼虫生长快,死亡率低。利用城市污泥喂养后黄粉虫幼虫氮含量显著降低(P0.05),磷、钾、钙、镁含量提高;提高;与城市污泥相比,黄粉虫幼虫虫粪的磷含量显著提高(P0.05),氮、钾、钙、镁含量则降低。
[Abstract]:Tenebrio molitor L. Rich in nutrients and amino acids, it is often used as a fresh feed or protein feed additive for special livestock and poultry breeding, but its feed material is either high in cost or in order to reduce the cost, the death rate increases. In order to reduce the feeding cost of powdery mildew and to provide a new solution for the utilization of municipal sludge, the larvae of powdery mildew were fed with municipal sludge. The growth rate of different environmental factors (temperature, ratio of sludge to wheat bran, feeding density and size of larvae of powdery mildew) on the growth rate of T.
