建筑垃圾处理厂的选址决策研究

【摘要】:如今,我国城市化迅猛发展,建筑垃圾量也日益增多,那么,各地大量修建建筑垃圾处理厂无可厚非。由于建筑垃圾处理厂是邻避型设施,一旦地址的选择不够适宜,就很容易造成邻避型问题的产生。所以,怎样科学合理地做好建筑垃圾处理厂的地址选择是个非常需要关注的问题。本文就此对建筑垃圾处理厂地址的选择决策作了如下研究:通过对目前我国建筑垃圾及其处理的现状进行详细的分析,表明我国对建筑垃圾的正确处理迫在眉睫,大量新建建筑垃圾综合处理厂势在必行。根据我国一些建筑垃圾处理厂的实际案例,分析得出建筑垃圾处理厂地址合理选择的重要性及其具体存在的问题。本文在大量相关研究的基础上,对影响建筑垃圾处理厂选址决策的各类因素作了详尽的分析阐述,总结提炼出了主要的影响因素。在此基础上,运用层次分析法确定各影响因素的权重,运用GIS作图层叠加分析对建筑垃圾处理厂的地址进行初步筛选,即对各类影响因素作出综合的评价,筛选出可以作为建造建筑垃圾处理厂的多个备选地址,再综合考虑各种影响较大的因素,如建筑垃圾处理厂的规模、处理能力、对周围环境以及人文等,构建多目标灰色局势决策模型,用于厂址的精选,从众多备选地址里面决策出合理适宜的地址。文章通过构建建筑垃圾处理厂厂址的初选—精选模型,充分考虑了各类影响选址的因素,解决了通常选址时影响因素考虑不全面,分析不精准细致的问题。并通过深圳市南山区案例的实际应用,求得该地科学的建筑垃圾处理厂选址决策结果,验证了该模型的有效可操作性。为我国各地进行建筑垃圾处理厂厂址选择决策提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of urbanization and the increasing amount of construction garbage, there are plenty of construction waste treatment plants built all over China. Because the construction waste treatment plant is an adjacent avoidance facility, once the choice of address is not suitable, it is easy to cause the problem of adjacent avoidance. Therefore, how to make a scientific and reasonable choice of the address of the construction waste treatment plant is a problem that needs to be paid attention to. This paper makes the following research on the decision of choosing the address of the construction waste treatment plant: through the detailed analysis of the current situation of construction waste and its treatment in China, it shows that the correct treatment of construction waste is urgent in our country. A large number of new construction waste comprehensive treatment plant is imperative. Based on the actual cases of some construction waste treatment plants in China, the importance of reasonable selection of construction waste treatment plants and the existing problems are analyzed. On the basis of a large number of related studies, this paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration of various factors that affect the decision of site selection of construction waste treatment plants, and summarizes and refines the main influencing factors. On this basis, the weight of each influencing factor is determined by AHP, and the address of construction waste treatment plant is preliminarily screened by using GIS as map superposition analysis, that is, the comprehensive evaluation of all kinds of influencing factors is made. Screening out multiple alternative sites for building waste treatment plants, and then synthetically considering various factors that have a greater impact, such as the size of the construction waste treatment plant, its handling capacity, its environment and humanity, etc. A multi-objective grey situation decision model is constructed, which can be used to select the site and make a reasonable and suitable address from many alternative addresses. By constructing the primary selection model of the site of construction waste treatment plant, this paper fully considers all kinds of factors affecting site selection, and solves the problem that the influencing factors are not considered comprehensively and the analysis is not accurate and meticulous. Through the practical application of the case in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City, the scientific decision result of site selection for construction waste treatment plant is obtained, and the validity of the model is verified. It provides a certain reference for the decision of site selection of construction waste treatment plant in various parts of our country.
