藻类生物絮凝剂对沼液的絮凝效果研究

【摘要】:选择4种代表性藻种(小球藻、莱茵衣藻、紫球藻、斜生栅藻)在培养基中培养15 d,每天提取其培养液作为絮凝剂絮凝沼液,研究了不同藻种产出的絮凝活性物质对沼液的絮凝效果,选出能够高效絮凝沼液的藻种。经筛选试验,发现紫球藻所产出的絮凝活性物质能够最高效地絮凝沼液,沼液絮凝率可达到39.01%;利用最适培养条件下提取的紫球藻培养液,以絮凝率为评价指标,采用中心组合试验设计,探究了pH值、絮凝温度、絮凝剂投放量、絮凝时间4个条件及其交互作用对沼液絮凝效果的影响,建立了响应面模型,获得了最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明:pH值、絮凝温度、絮凝剂投放量、絮凝时间都会对技术指标产生较大影响,而助凝剂添加量所产生的影响较小;最优工艺参数为:pH值7.69、絮凝温度26.78℃、絮凝剂投放量47.70 mL、絮凝时间20.39 min,验证后测得絮凝率为76.09%;总氮去除率达51.30%、总磷去除率达57.00%、氨氮去除率达54.67%、化学需氧量去除率达43.16%、总固体去除率达54.11%、挥发性固体去除率达57.80%、固体悬浮物去除率达53.71%。
[Abstract]:Four representative algae species (Chlorella rhinella, Chlamydomonas rhinorrhiza, Chlorella obliquus) were cultured in culture medium for 15 days, and the culture medium was extracted daily as flocculant biogas. The flocculation effect of flocculating active substances from different algae species on biogas liquid was studied, and the algae species which could flocculate biogas liquid with high efficiency were selected. Through screening experiments, it was found that the flocculating active substances produced by Chlorella purpurea could flocculate biogas liquid most efficiently, the flocculation rate of biogas liquid could reach 39.01, and the flocculation rate was regarded as the evaluation index by using the culture medium extracted under the optimum culture conditions. The effect of pH value, flocculation temperature, flocculant dosage and flocculation time on the flocculation effect of biogas liquid was studied by using the central combination test design. The response surface model was established and the optimum technological parameters were obtained. The results show that the ratio of pH value, flocculation temperature, amount of flocculant and flocculant time have great influence on the technical index, but the effect of adding amount of coagulant aid is small, the optimum technological parameters are: the pH value of 7. 69, the flocculation temperature of 26.78 鈩,
