【摘要】：生活垃圾是当前农村环境污染的主要原因和主要方面。农村生活垃圾因其产生分散、收集、运输、处理处置环节多,费用高,治理难度大。目前,生活垃圾对我国农村地区的生态环境已经造成严重的影响。农村生活垃圾污染已经引起社会和公众的广泛关注。本文在参阅了解国内外垃圾收集、处理处置的基础上,以游仙区街子镇农村地区作为研究对象,选取复兴村、石庙村、岳家村、小堡村、王猛村为样本村,调研该乡镇村民的环保意识以及对生活垃圾的处理方式;调研该村居民生活垃圾产生、排放以及污染状况,通过统计分析,探究因缘,提出对策。本文就街子镇农村生活垃圾收集清运,结合当地的自然环境,村落分布、村民居住状况,参考国内外在农村生活垃圾治理方面的成功经验,有针对性的提出了街子镇生活垃圾收集清运户分类-村清运-乡镇运输的方案和管理措施。该生活垃圾收集清运方案和管理措施,切合农村乡镇实际情况,可为绵阳市及四川省内类似地区的农村生活垃圾治理提供借鉴依据。
[Abstract]:Domestic refuse is the main cause and main aspect of the current rural environmental pollution. Rural domestic waste is scattered, collected, transported and disposed of because of its high cost and difficult to manage. At present, domestic refuse has a serious impact on the ecological environment in rural areas of China. The pollution of rural domestic waste has aroused the widespread concern of the society and the public. Based on the study of garbage collection and disposal at home and abroad, this paper selects Fuxing Village, Shimiao Village, Yue Jia Village, Xiaobao Village and Wang Meng Village as sample villages, taking the rural areas of Jiezi Town, Youxian District, as the research object. This paper investigates the villagers' consciousness of environmental protection and the way to deal with the domestic refuse, investigates the generation, discharge and pollution of the village residents' domestic refuse, and through statistical analysis, probes into the causes and puts forward the countermeasures. This paper combines the local natural environment, village distribution, villagers' living conditions, and the successful experiences of domestic and foreign countries in the treatment of rural domestic and foreign domestic refuse, in connection with the collection and transportation of rural domestic garbage in Jiezi Town. This paper puts forward the scheme and management measures of household classification of garbage collection and transportation in street towns-village transportation and township transportation. The plan and management measures of garbage collection and transportation are suitable for the actual situation of rural villages and towns and can be used for reference for the treatment of rural domestic refuse in Mianyang and similar areas in Sichuan province.
