机械力粉磨对再生微粉性能的影响

【摘要】:为提高再生微粉的利用率,对再生微粉进行机械力粉磨处理。研究了超微气流粉碎和振动球磨对再生微粉性能的影响。采用激光粒度分析仪、XRD、SEM和压力试验机对再生微粉的粒径分布、物相构型、微观形貌和砂浆的抗压强度进行表征,并按国标对再生微粉活性指数进行检测。结果表明:气流粉碎机粉磨的再生微粉的粒径分布范围窄、粒形规整、填充效果好、活性高;利用气流粉碎机对再生微粉进行处理,提高了再生微粉的利用率和利用范围。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the utilization rate of regenerated powder, mechanical grinding treatment was carried out. The effects of ultrafine air grinding and vibration ball milling on the properties of regenerated powder were studied. The particle size distribution, phase configuration, microstructure and compressive strength of the regenerated powder were characterized by XRDX SEM and pressure tester, and the activity index of the regenerated powder was measured according to the national standard. The results show that the particle size distribution range is narrow, the particle shape is regular, the filling effect is good and the activity is high, and the utilization ratio and utilization range of the regenerated micro-powder are improved by using the airflow pulverizer to treat the regenerated micro-powder.
