制度压力、高管环保意识与企业绿色创新实践——基于新制度主义理论和高阶理论视角

【摘要】：制度压力对企业绿色创新实践具有重要影响,但仍未形成系统全面的多理论分析框架,特别是针对高管环保意识对企业绿色创新实践影响的实证研究更为缺乏。以我国209家制造企业为研究对象,基于新制度主义理论和高阶理论视角,系统考察了中国经济新常态下制度压力对我国企业绿色创新实践的影响机理及高管环保意识的权变作用。研究发现,规制压力与绿色创新战略、模仿压力与绿色创新活动呈倒U型关系;高管一般环保意识是规范压力、模仿压力与绿色创新战略的完全中介;高管环保意识对制度压力与绿色创新战略关系呈正向调节效应,但对制度压力与绿色创新活动间关系的调节效应并不显著,且不同高管环保意识对不同制度压力与不同绿色创新之间调节效应不同。最后,基于实证研究结果给出推进中国企业绿色创新的政策建议及管理启示。
[Abstract]:Institutional pressure has an important impact on the green innovation practice of enterprises, but there is still no systematic and comprehensive multi-theoretical analysis framework, especially the empirical research on the impact of executives' environmental awareness on the green innovation practice of enterprises is even less. Taking 209 manufacturing enterprises in China as the research object, based on the theory of neo-institutionalism and higher-order theory, This paper systematically examines the influence mechanism of institutional pressure on green innovation practice of Chinese enterprises under the new normal state of Chinese economy and the contingency effect of executives' environmental protection consciousness. It is found that regulation pressure and green innovation strategy, imitation pressure and green innovation activity are inversely U-shaped, that the general consciousness of environmental protection is the norm pressure, the complete intermediary between imitation pressure and green innovation strategy; The relationship between the environmental protection consciousness and the green innovation strategy is positive, but the regulation effect between the system pressure and the green innovation activities is not significant. And different executives' environmental awareness has different regulatory effects on different institutional pressures and different green innovation. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, the policy recommendations and management implications for promoting green innovation of Chinese enterprises are given.
