习近平生态文明建设思想探析与践履

【摘要】：党的第十七次全国代表大会报告中,提出了要建设我国的生态文明。党的十八大报告中,提出了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设“五位一体”的总布局,更加提升了生态文明建设的高度和层次,从而也更加突出了生态文明建设的重要性。论文首先分析了习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想的主要背景,包括现实背景和理论渊源。在现实背景部分,分别概括了现阶段全球的环境现状和我国内的环境现状,论证了生态文明建设的必要性;在理论渊源部分,归纳了马克思恩格斯的生态思想、中国古代的生态思想以及马克思主义中国化的生态文明建设思想。其次,深入分析了习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想的主要内容,主要包括:人与自然和人与人的双重和谐,良好的生态就是生产力,良好生态是最普惠民生的福祉,良好的生态以最严“法”“制”为保障,良好的生态以生态红线为生命线,良好的生态以生态全局为战略等方面。第三,探索了如何践履习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想的几条路径,分别从国家、企业、高校、个人等四个方面为切入点展开探索。认真探究习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想的主要内容,并探索践行习总书记生态文明建设思想的路径,对我国构建生态文明建设的合理化道路具有重要的意义。论文运用文献分析法,通过阅读大量文献,并梳理总结国内外有关生态文明建设的研究现状,同时也对有关研究习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想的文献进行了较全面的分析。通过归纳演绎的方法,对习总书记的生态文明建设思想的理论体系进行分析与总结,立足于现有条件,分析习总书记生态文明建设思想的主要内容,并从如何践履习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想入手,探索我国当代生态文明建设与社会经济可持续发展的合理化道路。文章的创新点首先在于对习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想进行了比较深入的分析,其次是从不同视角探究如何践履习总书记的生态文明建设思想。伟大的实践呼唤伟大的理论,创新的理论必将推进伟大实践的开展。推进生态文明建设、建设美丽中国,是我们党针对严峻的环境现状,运用底线思维作出的突围行动。习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想,为我国当下的生态文明建设提供了先进的理论指导,对扭转和改善我国的生态环境危机,推进我国的生态文明建设和经济的可持续发展,实现中国梦具有重要的意义。论文认真分析习近平总书记的生态文明建设思想,并探索践行该思想的道路,以期为我国的生态文明建设作出一份贡献。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party, it is proposed to build the ecological civilization of our country. In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, the general layout of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction was put forward, which raised the height and level of ecological civilization construction. Thus, it also highlights the importance of ecological civilization construction. This paper first analyzes the main background of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction, including realistic background and theoretical origin. In the part of realistic background, it summarizes the present global environmental situation and the environmental situation in our country, demonstrates the necessity of ecological civilization construction, and summarizes Marx and Engels' ecological thought in the theoretical origin part. The ecological thought of ancient China and the thought of ecological civilization construction of Marxism in China. Secondly, the main contents of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction are deeply analyzed, including: the double harmony between man and nature and between man and man, the good ecology is the productivity, and the good ecology is the welfare of the people's livelihood. Good ecology is guaranteed by the strictest "law" system ", the good ecology takes the ecological red line as the lifeline, the good ecology takes the ecological overall situation as the strategy and so on. Thirdly, it explores how to carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction, starting from four aspects: country, enterprise, university, individual and so on. It is of great significance to probe into the main contents of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction and to explore the path of practicing General Secretary's thought of ecological civilization construction. Through reading a large number of documents, this paper summarizes the current research situation of ecological civilization construction at home and abroad, and also makes a comprehensive analysis of the literature on the ecological civilization construction thought of General Secretary of Xi Jinping. Through inductive and deductive methods, the theoretical system of General Secretary Xi's thought of ecological civilization construction is analyzed and summarized. Based on the existing conditions, the main contents of General Secretary Xi's thought of ecological civilization construction are analyzed. From how to carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction, this paper explores the rational way of our country's contemporary ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of social economy. The innovation of this paper lies in the deep analysis of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction, and secondly, how to practice the general secretary's thought of ecological civilization construction from different angles. Great practice calls for great theory, innovation theory will promote the development of great practice. To promote the construction of ecological civilization and to build a beautiful China is a breakthrough action of our Party in view of the severe environmental situation and the use of the bottom-line thinking. General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction provides advanced theoretical guidance for the current ecological civilization construction of our country, which can reverse and improve the ecological environment crisis of our country, promote the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development of economy in our country. The realization of Chinese Dream is of great significance. This paper seriously analyzes General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization construction and explores the way to practice it in order to make a contribution to the construction of ecological civilization in China.
