当前我国农民生态道德教育存在的问题及解决路径

【摘要】:马克思主义生态文明思想主张实现人与自然相互依存、和谐统一。人与自然和谐共生,早在我国古代就有所体现和倡导,它折射出中华传统文化中一种生态伦理智慧和天人调谐的思想。当前,面对农村中恶化的生态环境,从前人智慧中寻求和挖掘可供解决农村生态问题的思路,一种崭新的道德教育形式  农民生态道德教育应运而生。农民生态道德教育,是指依据生态道德的原则和规范,通过一定方式和手段对农民施加影响,旨在提升农民的生态道德素质,实现生态道德知、情、意、行的结合。作为占全国人口大多数的农民群体,是广大农村的主力军,也是践行生态道德教育的主力军。农民自身特点决定了农民生态道德教育有其特殊性,可体现在持久性、典型激励性、复杂性方面。进行农民生态道德教育,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。对于农民而言,有利于促进农民形成正确的生态荣辱观,加速自身发展,做合格的社会主义新型农民;对于农村而言,有助于农村生态环境保护,建设农村生态文明;对于国家发展而言,它是科学发展观的践行,将助推和谐美丽新农村的构建进程。然而,在实际运行中,农民生态道德教育成效甚微,涌现出诸多问题,如:教育对象不明确、对象参与的积极性不高、内容与实际脱轨、方式陈旧单一、组织机构涣散等。追本溯源,问题背后反映了政府重视不足、师资力量匮乏、农民自身认识不够、制度保障缺失、宣传不足等原因。对此,应加强政府资金投入和政策支持,提升教育队伍质量和数量,完善相关调节机制及法律法规,重视发挥媒介宣传作用,提升农民参与的积极性。以此形成农民群体尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然的生态道德意识,进而内化为自身的道德信念并身体力行,最终养成良好的生态道德行为。在建设生态文明的过程中,让生态变为生产力,以实现人与自然的和谐相处,已成为社会发展的必然选择,加强农民生态道德教育则有助于提升人们对生态生产力的认识,获得经济效益的同时保护生态环境、发挥生态价值,最终实现人与自然二者的和谐依存、个人与社会的文明进步。总之,农民生态道德教育,是一项利国利民既可以造福于当代人又可以造福后代人的事业,进行农民生态道德教育是势在必行之举。
[Abstract]:Marxist thought of ecological civilization advocates the realization of interdependence and harmony between man and nature. The harmonious coexistence between man and nature has been embodied and advocated in ancient China. It reflects the thought of ecological ethics wisdom and harmony between heaven and man in Chinese traditional culture. At present, in the face of the deterioration of the ecological environment in the countryside, people in the past sought and excavated ideas to solve the ecological problems in rural areas, and a new form of moral education emerged as the times require. According to the principles and norms of ecological morality, the ecological moral education of farmers means to exert influence on farmers through certain ways and means, in order to improve the ecological moral quality of farmers and realize the combination of knowledge, feeling, intention and action of ecological morality. As a peasant group which accounts for the majority of the population in China, it is the main force in rural areas and also the main force in the practice of ecological moral education. The farmer's own characteristic determines the farmer's ecological moral education has its particularity, may manifest in the persistence, the typical encouragement, the complexity aspect. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out ecological moral education for farmers. For farmers, it is beneficial to promote farmers to form a correct concept of ecological honor and disgrace, to accelerate their own development, to be qualified new socialist farmers, to help rural ecological environment protection, and to build rural ecological civilization. For national development, it is the practice of scientific development view, which will promote the construction process of harmonious and beautiful new countryside. However, in the actual operation, the peasant ecological moral education has little effect, and many problems have emerged, such as: the object of education is not clear, the enthusiasm of the object to participate is not high, the content is out of track from the actual situation, the way is outmoded and the organization is lax and so on. Tracing back to the source, the problem reflects the lack of government attention, the lack of teachers, the lack of farmers' own understanding, the lack of system protection, the lack of propaganda and so on. In view of this, we should strengthen government investment and policy support, improve the quality and quantity of education team, improve the relevant regulation mechanism and laws and regulations, pay attention to the role of media publicity, and promote the enthusiasm of farmers to participate. In this way, farmers respect nature, conform to nature, protect the ecological moral consciousness of nature, then internalize their own moral belief and practice, and finally develop good ecological moral behavior. In the process of constructing ecological civilization, it has become an inevitable choice for social development to make ecology become productive force and realize harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Strengthening farmers' ecological moral education is helpful to enhance people's understanding of ecological productivity. At the same time, the ecological environment is protected and the ecological value is brought into play. Finally, the harmony between man and nature is realized, and the civilization progress of individual and society is realized. In a word, ecological moral education of farmers is a cause that can benefit both the present and the future generations, so it is imperative to carry out ecological moral education for farmers.
