公众理解雾霾污染——海淀区居民对雾霾的感知调查

【摘要】：本文旨在研究北京市海淀区居民对于雾霾污染的心理学反应,并以此为例,探讨一般人群对于空气污染的认知和态度。了解公众的关注和意愿,常常是环境管理中重要组成部分,也是动员全社会参与污染防治行动的前提。本文以问卷调查的方法,考察了海淀区居民对于日常生活中空气污染的感知觉察、情绪反应、责任归属和治理意愿等基本的理解状况。结果显示,受访者能够意识到目前本地区的雾霾污染,且关注度在近几年间不断提升。但人们对于复合型大气污染的成灾机制认知有限,表现为污染物识别较低,预防措施不得当。公众提高空气质量的意愿比较明确,但希望采取政府主导的治理方式。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the psychological response of residents to smog pollution in Haidian District of Beijing, and take this as an example to explore the cognition and attitude of the general population towards air pollution. Understanding public concern and willingness is often an important part of environmental management and a prerequisite for mobilizing the whole society to participate in pollution prevention and control. In this paper, the basic understanding of Haidian District residents' perception of air pollution in daily life, emotional reaction, responsibility attribution and management will is investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that respondents were aware of the current smog pollution in the region and had increased attention in recent years. However, people have limited knowledge about the mechanism of complex air pollution, which shows that the identification of pollutants is low, and the preventive measures are not appropriate. The public's willingness to improve air quality is clear, but wants government-led governance.
