双碱法排放技术及工程应用

【摘要】:伴随我国经济水平的迅速提升,降低因能源消耗而引起的环境污染,特别是降低因燃煤而引起的二氧化硫污染,已变成推动和谐社会建设以及保持经济持续发展的急切需要。然而,烟气脱硫过程中始终被部分问题所困扰,那就是使用最为普遍的石灰石一石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统的投资维护费高。这在一定程度上阻碍了烟气脱硫工程在火电厂的应用。近年来,受雾霾的影响,国家对环保愈发重视,同时也对二氧化硫排放标准修订更加严苛,优化二氧化硫控制技术,寻找合适的吸收剂,以及改善设备等已经成为行业迫切需要解决的关键问题。本文立足于对国内外烟气脱硫技术特点、工艺原理以及工程应用的详细介绍,着重对Na-Ca双碱法湿法烟气脱硫技术展开实验设计和研究,并围绕增加Na-Ca双碱法烟气脱硫效率,减小维护投入等诸多问题,以天津金耀生物科技有限公司4×35t/h工业锅炉工程建设为案例,开展了湿法烟气脱硫工艺技术的研究。综上所述,本文工作主要集中在以下三个方面:(1)排放技术方案对比研究。实现工业烟气超低排放要求,行业内有两种技术路线:烟气协同控制技术和末端治理技术。文中对此两种技术路线适应的工况以及优缺点进行了详细的对比介绍。(2)双碱法超低排放的技术研究。介绍了双碱法脱硫工艺的产生及优缺点,并对影响脱硫效率的因素进行了研究,得出如何控制脱硫因素才能实现超低排放。(3)双碱法脱硫技术在实际工程中的应用与分析。结合实际工程案例,对运行效果进行分析。最后对全文总结,提出自己的创新点和考虑不足的地方。
[Abstract]:With the rapid improvement of economic level in China, reducing environmental pollution caused by energy consumption, especially sulfur dioxide pollution caused by coal combustion, has become an urgent need to promote the construction of a harmonious society and to maintain sustainable economic development. However, in the process of flue gas desulfurization (FGD), part of the problems are always troubled, that is, the most popular limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system investment and maintenance costs are high. To some extent, the application of flue gas desulfurization project in thermal power plant is hindered. In recent years, under the influence of smog, the country has paid more attention to environmental protection, and at the same time, it has also made the revision of sulfur dioxide emission standards more stringent. It has optimized the sulfur dioxide control technology and looked for suitable absorbents. And improve the equipment and so on has become the industry urgent need to solve the key problem. Based on the detailed introduction of the technical characteristics, technological principles and engineering applications of flue gas desulfurization at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the experimental design and research of the Na-Ca double alkali wet flue gas desulfurization technology, and focuses on increasing the efficiency of Na-Ca double alkali flue gas desulfurization. In order to reduce the maintenance cost and other problems, a case study on wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology was carried out in Tianjin Jinyao Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (4 脳 35t/h) industrial boiler engineering construction. To sum up, this paper mainly focuses on the following three aspects: 1) the comparative study of emission technology. In order to meet the requirement of ultra-low emission of industrial flue gas, there are two technical routes in the industry: the technology of flue gas cooperative control and the technology of terminal control. In this paper, the operating conditions, advantages and disadvantages of these two technical routes are compared and introduced in detail, and the technical research of ultra-low emission by double alkali process is introduced in detail. This paper introduces the production, advantages and disadvantages of double alkali desulphurization process, and studies the factors influencing the desulfurization efficiency. It concludes how to control the desulfurization factors to realize the ultra-low discharge. (3) the application and analysis of double alkali desulfurization technology in practical engineering. Combined with practical engineering cases, the operation effect is analyzed. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, puts forward their own innovation and inadequate consideration.
