北方大规模风力发电对京津冀地区雾霾的影响研究

【摘要】:论文详细分析了中国北方地区风电发展及分布现状和京津冀地区雾霾污染现状:目前中国北方地区大规模发展风电,内蒙古自治区和河北省风电装机总量在全国数一数二,主要分布在内蒙古中东部和河北省北部地区,上述地理位置是京津冀地区的上风口,且西北上空的清洁空气团对京津冀地区的雾霾具有有效的清除作用。北方大规模风电在发电过程中,风通过内蒙古、张家口、承德等地风电时部分风能被消耗,致使到达下风向区位的京津冀风能减少,且由于风能与风速的三次方成正比,这可能导致京津冀地区风速减小,又因为来自北方的大风对本地区雾霾有重要的清除作用,因此可能加剧雾霾。本文以保定地区为例,收集气象数据和风电数据,采用图表法和数据分析法对北方大规模风电对京津冀地区风速的相关性以及对京津冀地区雾霾影响等展开研究。经计算能见度(代表雾霾严重程度)与日平均风速为低度正相关,年平均风速与北方风电并网装机容量(代表风电消耗风能的量)均为中度正相关,最后得出,北方风电并网装机容量与能见度的相关性系数为0.287,虽然呈正相关,由于相关性系数小于0.3,属于基本无相关性。其中,北方大规模风电对京津冀地区风速的相关性研究与理论推导存在差异,进一步分析原因得出最终本文结论:到目前为止,北方大规模风电发展对京津冀地区风速基本无影响,进而对于京津冀地区雾霾的影响甚弱。
[Abstract]:The paper analyzes the development and distribution of wind power in northern China and the present situation of smog pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region: at present, the total amount of wind power installed in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Hebei Province is one of the highest in China. The above location is the upper tuyere in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the clean air mass over the northwest has an effective effect on the smog removal in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In the process of large-scale wind power generation in the north, some wind energy is consumed when wind power passes through Inner Mongolia, Zhangjiakou, Chengde and other places, resulting in a decrease in the wind energy from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to the lower wind direction, and because wind energy is directly proportional to the third power of the wind speed. This could lead to a decrease in wind speeds in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which could be exacerbated by the fact that strong winds from the north have an important role in clearing the smog in the region. Taking Baoding area as an example, meteorological data and wind power data are collected, and the correlation of large-scale wind power in northern China to wind speed in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the influence of smog on smog in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are studied by using chart method and data analysis method. The calculated visibility (representing the severity of smog) is positively correlated with the daily average wind speed, and the annual average wind speed is moderately correlated with the installed capacity of wind power grid connected to the north (representing the amount of wind energy consumed by wind power). The correlation coefficient between the installed capacity of wind power grid and visibility is 0.287, although it is positively correlated, because the correlation coefficient is less than 0.3, it belongs to the basic no correlation. Among them, there are differences between the correlation study and theoretical deduction of wind speed in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by large-scale wind power in northern China. The final conclusion of this paper is obtained by further analyzing the reasons: so far, The development of large-scale wind power in northern China has little effect on the wind speed in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, and then has a weak effect on smog in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
