盐边县桐子林镇生态地质环境质量评价

【摘要】:自1997年盐边县城从健康镇迁移至桐子林镇以来,新县城建设的场平工程、基础设施建设及金河移民集中安置区建设等产生的人类工程活动和农耕活动,导致桐子林镇自然资源急剧消耗,居民生活条件和生产环境发生了巨大变化。通过对盐边县桐子林镇辖区进行生态地质环境质量评价与研究,划分生态地质环境质量等级,科学评价区域生态地质环境及建设用地适宜性,提出科学合理的规划与建设策略,有利于促进区域社会经济与生态环境协调发展,有利于促进桐子林镇辖区及盐边县中心城区可持续发展。通过实地调查和资料收集,使用桐子林镇地质和遥感等多种数据,利用遥感技术与GIS技术相结合的方法,提取桐子林镇地质、地理和生态环境等信息,结合研究目标构建适合盐边县桐子林镇的生态地质环境质量评价指标体系,并对各评价指标进行分级处理,基于GIS平台实现评价指标信息的加权综合,得到桐子林镇生态地质环境质量综合评价分级与分区结果,结合《盐边县城市总体规划(2011-2030)》等成果,提出桐子林镇的区域规划发展策略。研究成果包括以下四个方面:(1)明确评价指标体系构建原则和指标遴选方法,选取3个一级评价指标、11个二级评价指标,建立了桐子林镇生态地质环境质量评价指标体系。(2)集成桐子林镇的基础数据与专题数据,提取了地质灾害密度、地表起伏度和土地利用类型等数据图层,并对数据的空间分布特征进行了分析。(3)根据生态地质环境质量评价指标进行分级取值,运用层次分析法计算出各指标的权重,应用ArcGIS平台将各图层进行加权综合,根据综合图层的统计值分布特征,采用自然间断法将桐子林镇生态地质环境质量划分为优(Ⅰ)、良(Ⅱ)、中(Ⅲ)、差(Ⅳ)四个等级,并对各级分区的特征进行了详细分析。(4)综合生态地质环境质量评价结果和盐边县城市总体规划,提出城市空间布局优化方案、产业布局方案、生态安全策略和城市规划管理优化措施,有利于加强区域地质环境保护,有利于促进桐子林镇经济社会全面协调可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Since the transfer of Yanbian county from healthy town to Tongzilin town in 1997, human engineering activities and agricultural activities have resulted from the construction of new county towns, such as field leveling projects, infrastructure construction and construction of Jin He resettlement concentrated resettlement areas, etc. Tongzilin Town led to the rapid consumption of natural resources, residents living conditions and production environment has undergone tremendous changes. Based on the evaluation and study of ecological geological environment quality in Tongzilin Town, Yanbian County, the quality grade of ecological geological environment is classified, the regional ecological geological environment and the suitability of construction land are scientifically evaluated, and the scientific and reasonable planning and construction strategies are put forward. It is beneficial to promote the coordinated development of regional social economy and ecological environment, and to promote the sustainable development of Tongzilin Town area and the central urban area of Yanbian County. Through field investigation and data collection, using many kinds of data, such as geology and remote sensing of Tongzilin Town, and using the method of combining remote sensing technology with GIS technology, we can extract geological, geographical and ecological environment information of Tongzilin Town. In combination with the research objectives, the evaluation index system of ecological geological environment quality suitable for Tongzilin Town in Yanbian County was constructed, and the evaluation indexes were graded and processed, and the weighted synthesis of evaluation index information was realized based on GIS platform. The results of comprehensive evaluation and zoning of eco-geological environment quality in Tongzilin Town were obtained. The regional planning and development strategy of Tongzilin Town was put forward based on the results of "Yambian City Master Plan (2011-2030)". The research results include the following four aspects: (1) clear evaluation index system construction principle and index selection method, select 3 primary evaluation indicators, 11 secondary evaluation indicators, The evaluation index system of ecological geological environment quality of Tongzilin Town was established. (2) the basic and special data of Tongzilin Town were integrated, and the geological hazard density, surface fluctuation and land use types were extracted. The spatial distribution characteristics of the data are analyzed. (3) according to the evaluation index of eco-geological environment quality, the weight of each index is calculated by AHP, and the weighted synthesis of each layer is carried out by using ArcGIS platform.
