活性污泥胞外聚合物特性与沉降性能的关系研究

【摘要】:活性污泥法是目前城市污水最常用的生物处理方法,活性污泥法最大的缺点是污泥沉降性能容易出现问题,严重时会发生污泥膨胀,降低污水处理效率,对污水处理系统的运行管理造成困难。本文以污水处理厂和SBR反应器的污泥为研究对象,分别提取污泥不同形态的EPS,分析EPS成分含量、EPS三维荧光光谱特征、EPS蛋白质的分子量大小、EPS官能团种类,研究污泥EPS特性与污泥沉降性能的关系,为活性污泥膨胀的有效控制提供理论支持。论文的主要研究成果如下:(1)污水处理厂污泥的TB-EPS中多糖和蛋白质的含量明显高于S-EPS、LB-EPS中多糖和蛋白质的含量。同一个污水处理厂厌氧污泥的S-EPS总量和LB-EPS总量比好氧污泥中的高;污泥EPS总量越大,污泥SVI越大,相关系数r为0.543。污泥中S-PS、LB-PS和TB-PS含量与污泥SVI的相关系数r分别为0.712,0.741和0.571。好氧污泥EPS中多糖对污泥沉降性能有影响,多糖含量越高,污泥SVI就越高,但厌氧污泥EPS多糖与SVI的相关性不明显。污泥LB-PN和TB-PN含量与污泥SVI的相关系数r分别为-0.127、0.484。LB-EPS蛋白质含量越高,利于污泥沉降;而TB-EPS蛋白质含量高,不利于污泥沉降。(2)胞外聚合物总量随着温度的升高而降低,在低温条件下胞外聚合物易积累。温度低时,EPS成分的多糖含量大,温度高时,其含量低。当水温从13.4℃增至24.5℃时,污泥SVI从274 m L/g降至159 mL/g,温度越高,污泥SVI越低。(3)对污泥EPS进行三维荧光光谱分析,得出污水处理厂污泥LB-EPS中,峰A-类蛋白和峰T1-类色氨酸的荧光强度随污泥SVI降低而逐渐增强。TB-EPS中峰C-类腐殖酸的荧光强度随污泥SVI降低而下降。(4)对EPS进行红外扫描官能分析,得出污水污水处理厂污泥EPS含有蛋白质和多糖成分,且多糖、蛋白质种类各异。TB-EPS样品的吸收峰最为丰富,其次是LB-EPS,S-EPS吸收峰最少,表明TB-EPS中的官能团种类最多。(5)对EPS进行高效液相色谱分析,分析得出污水处理厂污泥EPS蛋白质分子量越大,越有利于污泥沉降。(6)SBR反应器活性污泥EPS成分含量及特性结果如下:(1)反应器内活性污泥SVI随着EPS不同形态中多糖含量的增加而升高。污泥Total-PN和TB-PN含量升高,污泥SVI也升高。(2)COD负荷为0.10~0.35 kg COD/(kg MLSS·d)时,反应器内单一水质培养的活性污泥,随着COD污泥负荷提高,污泥EPS中总蛋白质、总多糖和总EPS含量也升高。(7)污水处理厂污泥和SBR反应器污泥EPS对比,反应器污泥EPS总量大于污水处理厂污泥EPS总量;污水处理厂污泥S-EPS、LB-EPS总量大于反应器污泥S-EPS、LB-EPS总量;反应器污泥TB-EPS总量大于污水处理厂污泥TB-EPS总量。
[Abstract]:Activated sludge process is the most commonly used biological treatment method for municipal sewage at present. The biggest disadvantage of activated sludge process is that sludge settling performance is easy to appear, sludge bulking will occur when serious, and the efficiency of sewage treatment will be reduced. The operation and management of sewage treatment system is difficult. In this paper, the sludge of sewage treatment plant and SBR reactor was used as the research object, the different forms of EPS were extracted from the sludge, and the content of EPS components and the characteristics of EPS three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum were analyzed. The molecular weight of EPS protein and the type of EPS functional group were analyzed. The study of the relationship between sludge EPS characteristics and sludge settling performance provides theoretical support for the effective control of activated sludge bulking. The main research results are as follows: (1) the content of polysaccharide and protein in TB-EPS of sewage treatment sludge is obviously higher than that in S-EPSN LB-EPS. The total amount of S-EPS and LB-EPS in anaerobic sludge of the same sewage treatment plant was higher than that in aerobic sludge, and the larger the total EPS of sludge, the larger the SVI of sludge, the correlation coefficient r was 0.543. The correlation coefficient r between the contents of S-PSN LB-PS and TB-PS and SVI in sludge were 0.712o0.741 and 0.571, respectively. Polysaccharides in aerobic sludge EPS had an effect on sludge settling performance. The higher the content of polysaccharides, the higher the sludge SVI, but the correlation between EPS polysaccharides and SVI in anaerobic sludge was not obvious.
