马克思的生态观视野下农村生态环境治理研究

【摘要】：改革开放以后,农村经济社会的迅速发展,诸多生态环境问题也是随之产生。作为一个农业大国,农村生态环境问题关乎社会主义新农村建设,关乎我国全面建设小康社会的进程,关系到党和国家工作全局的根本性问题。党的十八以来,把"生态文明建设"摆在突出地位,纳入"五位一体"的总体布局,凡此种种,足以证明加强农村生态环境治理的重要性。众所周知,马克思认为,人与自然界存在着紧密联系,没有自然界人类就无法生存,作为自然中的其中一员,人类应该尊重自然,与自然和睦共处。本文从马克思的生态观的角度出发,对农村生态环境治理进行相应的研究:第一章是绪论,主要包含研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、国内外的现状研究以及本文的创新点。第二章是马克思的生态观与农村生态环境治理的概述,认为马克思的生态观的主要内容包括人与自然的辩证关系、循环经济理念、依靠科学技术解决环境问题等;二者之间存在马克思的生态观明确农村生态环境治理的价值目标,马克思的生态观的基本立场揭示农村生态环境治理的力量源泉,马克思的生态观的哲学意蕴为农村生态环境治理提供科学的世界观和方法论等多重关系。第三章是对当前我国农村生态环境治理的现状、问题及成因分析,研究发现,问题的背后涉及没有从人与自然和谐的高度认识农村生态环境治理的重要性、在农村生态环境治理中缺乏循环经济意识、没有充分发挥科学技术的作用等多个原因。第五章是马克思的生态观对解决农村生态环境治理的启示,涉及从人与自然和谐的高度谋划农村生态环境治理、大力发展循环经济、依靠科技进步治理农村生态环境等各个方面。本文旨在通过对马克思的生态观的深入研究,联系当前我国农村生态环境治理中的问题,进行相应的分析和解读,在此期间,采用文献研究、实证分析等方法,试图找寻出相应的思路和对策,也为马克思的生态观进一步的中国化创造条件。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural economy and society, a lot of ecological environmental problems also emerged. As a big agricultural country, the problem of rural ecological environment is related to the construction of new socialist countryside, the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the fundamental problem of the overall situation of the party and state work. Since the 18th year of the Party, the construction of "ecological civilization" has been placed in a prominent position and brought into the overall layout of "five in one". All these have proved the importance of strengthening the management of the rural ecological environment. It is well known that Marx holds that there is a close relationship between man and nature, without which human beings cannot survive. As one of the members of nature, human beings should respect nature and live in harmony with nature. This article starts from Marx's ecological view angle, carries on the corresponding research to the countryside ecological environment governance: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly includes the research background, the research goal, the research significance, the domestic and foreign present situation research and this article innovation point. The second chapter is an overview of Marx's ecological view and rural ecological environment governance, the main contents of Marx's ecological view include the dialectical relationship between man and nature, the concept of circular economy, relying on science and technology to solve environmental problems. There exists Marx's ecological view to clarify the value target of rural ecological environment governance, the basic standpoint of Marx's ecological view to reveal the source of power of rural ecological environment governance. The philosophical implication of Marx's ecological view provides scientific world outlook and methodology for rural ecological environment management. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation, problems and causes of rural ecological environment governance in our country. The research shows that the problem involves not understanding the importance of rural ecological environment governance from the perspective of harmony between man and nature. There are many reasons for the lack of circular economy consciousness and the role of science and technology in the management of rural ecological environment. The fifth chapter is the inspiration of Marx's ecological view to solve the rural ecological environment governance, which involves the planning of rural ecological environment governance from the perspective of harmony between man and nature, and the development of circular economy. Rely on scientific and technological progress to manage the rural ecological environment and other aspects. The purpose of this paper is to carry out corresponding analysis and interpretation through the in-depth study of Marx's ecological view and the problems in the current rural ecological environment governance in China. During this period, the author adopts the methods of literature research and empirical analysis. Try to find out the corresponding ideas and countermeasures, but also for Marx's ecological view to create conditions for further Chinese.
